Stayed for one night whilst visiting Barcelona in late January. No major issues. Some of the staff where a little inpatient but this seems to be the rule in Catalonia toward foreigners. Having said that, an effort was made with out too much malice to speak english when requested and this was certainly appreciated. Some staff were friendly and helpful...

We stayed on Dec 26th for 4 nights. We had requested adjoining rooms and we got them. Heating in the twin was adequate when we arrived early afternooon, however the triple room was freezing. We complained numerous times and eventually the radiators started to heat up that evening. We'd been travelling since 4am and had to go to dinner without...

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The rooms modern, clean and comfortable. An excellent buffet breakfast including freshly cooked hot options, fruit, cereals, breads & pastries. An excellent free spa facility with large jacuzzi, hot & cold tubs, steam room & sauna.

I can really not accept that the heating is only working 3 hours a day, little in the morning and a bit at late night. So showering needs to be done in a cold icy room, either in the morning or at the evening. You have the impression people are standing in your room, there's no isolation, nor privacy, the...

we stayed at the Solineu during the February half term for a weeks skiing holiday. The hotel is only a short walk to the slopes 200m or you can park in the main car park half a mile away if you would prefer. The rooms were nicely decorated and plenty of space to accommodate ski boots and kit drying out...

Breakfast was really lovely and the bar was great to relax in. I think the sports...
