We have just returned from an o/n at the Burgoyne Hotel in Reeth, it was fantastic. Our room. Eskeleth, is beautiful, on the ground floor with a lovely view of the garden, twin beds pushed together and bathroom suitable for disabled travellers. Really clean and everything you would need was provided, fresh milk and cream available on request. We had...

We had never been to Reeth and went on a very cold February day, but had a Christmas present of a night's stay. The hotel is imposing, dominating the village green. The rear car park is fairly easy to access and secluded. The reception took a little finding entering from the back door, hidden in a cubby hole to the...

We stayed at the Burgoyne on 12 and 13 February. What a lovely, welcoming place. We love Reeth as a centre for walking but we usually come home. We never stayed at this place. The staff were very welcoming but not over-present. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was worth the money on its own. We look forward...

We have visited Reeth before but this was our first stay at the Burgoyne on a winter deal price. It's a handsome small country house hotel overlooking the village green. The room was comfy, spacious and the views from the window were lovely. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were really helpful. Local pub, the Kings Arms, has a huge log fire...

Fabulous, lovely hotel in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. Hotel, food, staff and room all excellent. This was a return visit and I was concerned as it had changed hands since last time but I shouldn't have worried a s everything was spot on.

We booked our stay on TripAdvisor and it looked really nice. The room was spacious, clean and had a really nice view of the green and hills beyond. Breakfast was perfect. Lovely staff. But....... Where was the advertised restaurant? Not open. We asked why and they said it had proved to be not economic. Hungry we checked out the 3...

This was a sentimental journey for us, revisiting Reeth and beautiful Swaledale. The Burgoyne delivered on every front. Really comfortable rooms and gorgeous breakfast with helpful staff who made everything seem effortless. Thank you.

We enjoyed a large and well furnished room as well as a nice dinner at the Burgoyne hotel on our C2C walk in July. For us Californians, Reeth and its town square appeared to be something out of a picture that could not be real. The square is green and lovely, with this hotel sitting regally at the top end....

I found this hotel via groupon for a last minute weekend away in the Dales with my partner. We love walking and have visited many parts of the Yorkshire Dales but had never been to Reeth. Well I am so happy with my little find. The Burgoyne hotel is just what I was looking for. The staff greeted us on...

Back in June, while staying at a local B&B in Reeth, my other half and I went to this beautiful hotel for dinner. During that dinner, I asked my partner to marry me. Therefore, The Burgoyne has become a part of our story. I wanted to go away for a night or two during NY. I received from the Burgoyne...
