We had such a good time exploring the wonderful secluded beaches of St. Martin that the hotel didn't really matter. The Caraibes Beach Hotel was just fine and the front desk staff was very helpful in answering any questions we had about the island. The rooms were clean and the kitchenette was very useful. Each morning we sat outside on...

We have stayed at the Cap Caraibes (former name until 2010) for at least 12 years. While not fancy, the rooms were comfortable and clean and the location not to be beat. However, during our 12 day stay in 2010, we were VERY disappointed with the hotel - despite the helpful staff at the front desk. Our room (and those...

Stayed here from 6/6-6/12 and was very happy with the choice we made. Since there aren't many road signs it took a couple of wrong turns to find it. We found the entrance via the beach and were using that until one late night we found the gate to the beach locked and did not know how we were going...

We booked this vacation in December through Cheap Caribbean. We had wanted to see St. Maarten for years and this was a great opportunity. Then I started checking Trip Advisor… I was horrified to read the reviews about Wyndham Sapphire Beach Resort which was part of the package. I immediately began searching for other resorts and stumbled upon Caraibes Beach...

Laure and Elodie were warm, gracious, helpful, and enthusiastic. From the moment we arrived, they offered assistance with the delivery of "delayed" luggage, shopping and dining advice, and a sense that they really wanted us to enjoy our time there. Our room on the third floor was spacious and clean. The kitchenette (refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, and utensils) was...

The good: We found this hotel to be in a lovely location, simple amenities, with friendly staff. St. Martin is the ideal setting for a vacation in paradise. Orient Bay - the location of this hotel - is a long beach with calm, rolling waves. We didn't spend much time at the restaurant scene here, and actually spent a majority...

The FIRST room we checked into smelled of mildew, the air conditioner filter was black and dusty, several of the light bulbs were burned out!, the plug was not connected to the lamp and the shower head fell off in the shower. The SECOND room they gave us did smell better, but the cot was missing 3 slots in the middle...

Stayed 14 days while Palm Court was being remodeled. Found the help to be good, however it changed name and owners, wondering if anyone has their e-mail address. They are no longer part of Cap-Caraibes management. Thank you in advance for any help.
