I stayed there some years ago, my experince is similar to other guests' comments. Excellent view and very peaceful place, but not easy to access. Compared the cost of taxi, I think Mr. Kim charged a reasonable price, but still feels not so comfortable. If he can make it clear in his website, it would be better. I paid the...

It's hard for me to write a completely positive review about this place as even though it was an amazing experience the opportunistic approach that the owner has was slightly off putting. The colony is a 40 min. ride through the mountains, but the director, Mr. Kim, picked us up as arranged, returned us to town as we agreed, in fact drove us (for a fee) to the mulberry paper factory, our next stop. Upon checkout, the price charged us was more than twice what was agreed when we booked it in Seoul. In addition, what was supposed to be "free" transfer from the city ended up being payable and charged at pretty high rates.
