Beautiful Hotel and gardens, Amazing views to the volcano and the lake from all the property. The swimming pool with the infinity view was just great and relaxing. There is a nice trail at the back of the hotel where we got to see tucans and monkeys

Super clean. Gorgeous views. Very very nice and helpful staff. Meals below average. Dinner was pricey and not that good. But it is an adventure driving there. After the white knuckle drive we didn't want to leave for dinner. Pool nice. Jacuzzi was cold? Nice place.

We enjoyed our stay here, pool is beautiful, our room had a great view, staff was helpful!! We stayed a week, so the two choices for the free breakfast got boring, we stayed in room 19, just had a hard wood bench on the deck, we asked for a chair and got one which was nice! Could hear the neighbours...

Spent two nights here in mid-march. Fantastic. Friendly staff, good views and pool, great food and very decent gravel road. Macaws and other birds were roaming the property and we enjoyed every minute. Very much to recommend and only 25 mins from La Fortuna. Many people told us its an hour away, but it really is much faster and allows...

Unfortunately, days we stayed were very foggy and cloudy with periods of rain, so I cannot really comment on view… But here what we liked and not liked about this hotel. What we...

Wife and I just stayed for three nights in mid-March. Great weather, warm with most clouds clearing around noon leaving picture perfect views. The dirt road there is not that bad, a compact car can easily make it, just drive slow. Crews were also smoothing it out when we were there. Plus, it is worth taking in the view and...

Rooms were nice, the views were great. Wifi not so good - but thats okay we were on vacation. The road there was a challenge -rough and narrow, but our small car did fine. Make sure you get good directions, our GPS could not find it.
