It did what we wanted it to do a place to spend the night before exploring Cambridge. Room was a good size not spotlessly clean but not dirty either. Reception staff were helpful and friendly and facilities in services very handy. Did the job

Room was very clean and nice. Big bed but too soft, a bit uncomfortable. Cleaning service very good. Delicious buffet breakfast. First day men at the reception was unfriendly. Good hotel location near restaurants. We are very happy and we can recommend it to others.

I stayed here for business, the room was clean (ish) the reception staff .. are ok. It's ok for 1-2 nights but I wouldn't recommend anything more. Lighting is poor on the room if you are trying to work and it was very busy with coach trips so there was often no where to sit at breakfast

Room - very clean & tidy, bed very comfortable and large. Dinner and breakfast were offered although I did not have. There is a small bar and seating area open until late. Reception open 24 hrs, with very friendly and accommodating staff. Free parking. Services also available next door. Overall excellent stop over hotel in very convenient location.

I had to stay here for two nights whilst on business, generally the hotel is fine, the bed was fairly comfortable. The room was clean and the shower had decent pressure but the bathroom did smell of stale urine. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food served for dinner was fairly reasonable, however the breakfast was quite poor with...

Put in a Stinky smoking room (even the bed sheets and towels smelt of smoke), no iron or ironing board available, charged for using a little tube of toothpaste. Reminded me of Crossroads Motel and was last decorated then by the looks of it. Chap on reception (Aaron) was a good bloke tho and breakfast was alright so that stopped...

Had to cancel 4day booking a week before arrival due to severe infection. Told none of 251 POUNDS PAID WAS REFUNDABLE ! Not even a reduction off next booking which I would have made as soon as I recover. Not a penny off, appalling customer service. Wouldn't touch the place with a barge pole after that! Beware !!

I stay here because they have smoking rooms!! Rare in this area. It's at a service station, so normally not somewhere that I'd chose. However, the rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Very basic, no frills. No room service (again usually a no-no for me) but the staff have been so helpful every time I stay here (I am a...

We stayed here one night on a recent trip traveling back toward London from Liverpool. We booked this room to break up the drive and to get a taste of Cambridge before heading home. We checked in very late but reception is 24 hours. There is also parking right in front of the hotel. It couldn't be more convenient as...

Got there quite a late at night. The member of staff on the desk was welcoming and nice. Got to our room, which was uncomfortably hot and after an inspection I noticed pistachios, in the shells, dotted around the room. This seemed a bit bizarre but hey ho. The beds weren't too comfortable either, very noisy too ;)
