Wife and I stayed here for Valentine's night, the second visit to this pub chain this year. An historic building with many original features made us feel we were staying somewhere special. Our 2nd floor room was fine and peaceful, though a bit of a hike from the bar and restaurant. Our vegetarian Valentine's 'special' meal was one of the...

Lovely place for a Wedding. My son got married here on Saturday and I must say the Wedding couldn't of been better. Location and venue beautiful. Evening meal in main Restaurant night before wedding was very nice. Breakfast in Hotel again very nice with lots of choice. The main Meal at the Wedding itself was not as good as I...

Lovely place full of history. i must give praise to the young barman on on he evening of the 11/2/17 who always had a smile on his face giving great customer service running the bar on his own on such a busy evening with a small amount of help from others when required. The opposite was how rude the other...

Beautiful Historic building and grounds. The superior room was lovely clean and tidy. Took a quick look at the Church attached to the hotel too. Ideal get away from it all, would stay again. Breakfast was included, I have had better the bacon was barely cooked the tomato over cooked and the staff fairly disinterested. Food aside the hotel and...

Stayed here this weekend for a friend's wedding. The wedding itself was lovely, with the evening reception buffet being particularly good!! The staff on the front desk for our check in and check out were great and our request for early check in was granted with no issues. The hotel is really pretty, and steeped in history. The bar prices...

Attended for my neices wedding this weekend. Stunning throughout, so much history and amazing windows and oak panelling. Fantastic rooms, great reception and bar staff. Food was delicious. Highly recommended and prices are definitely more than fair.

Living locally, we have used this hotel for lunch on a number of occasions. In my opinion this hotel has been declining in service for a period of time. For the restaurant you enter the building past reception and it is here where the indifference starts. Completely ignored. A good morning etc would have been appreciated and I must say...

This historic building is a perfect getaway for a relaxing stay. I would heartily recommend it to Americans as it is so quaint and would be the perfect location for anyone visiting the Richard 111 tomb and museum. It dates back to the Doomsday book and has connections with the abolition of the Slave Trade and the Knights templar. The...

Food in the restaurant was well cooked and tasty. Room was a bit old and creaky but everything worked and it was comfortable. the building is stunning and a marvellous example of...

Well what can I say, what a wonderful lunch we've had today! I've not been to Rothley Court for about 7 year, and to be honest this was due to past bad reviews. It was great Grandma's 93rd Birthday Lunch booked by my mother in law. From the warm welcome and the friendly services to fantastic well cooked food I...
