I have visited this hotel a few times over the last 18 months and ar first it was excellent however over the last few months the standards have dropped dramatically. Dirty rooms, cold food, atrocious waits in the bar to be served drinks and food, staff leaving all the time.

I had my mother-in-law to stay, and being local to the Quay hotel decided to have our evening meal in there. Went early afternoon to reserve a table in the bar for three people to give easy access for the mother-in-law as she has difficulty walking and sitting on low chairs. We went back to the hotel at the planned...

This is a newish hotel (2007) in a lovely location overlooking the Conwy estuary. The views are delightful and the hotel is smart and very clean. The malls were very good. The location is somewhat marred by traffic noise from across the estuary, which shouldn't be there at all. The tunnel under the river emerges about 400 to 500 metres...

We were booked for dinner, bed and breakfast and having read the reports on Tripadvisor were looking forward to our evening meal on the first night. The food was a reasonable standard but the...

Facilities, service and food of a high standard. The location of the hotel is idyllic. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Would have preferred an estuary rather than marina review. The only issue with the room was a bright green light for the alarm system set within the light fitting which did disturb a good nights sleep.

Had two night stay here on bed breakfast and evening meal. We were in a second floor room overlooking the river. The views was a superb panorama from Conwy castle to the mouth of the river. The hotel is modern but with a slight retro feel. By and large everything feels well maintained although there are a few tell tale...
