I was given a stay here as a birthday present, and we weren't disappointed. Executive Room was lovely clean and fresh, with a stunning view over Loch Rannoch. Food was amazing and staff were warm, friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed our stay.

Visited this hotel previously a few years ago and thoroughly enjoyed the experience, but have found on this visit the hotel tired and in need of a spruce up. The ladies toilet smelled disgusting with dampness, and I informed the receptionist of this. The bedroom was cold when we arrived and took hours to heat. The pillows are liking lying...

An old hotel since 1899 but properly modernized. Rooms are spacious, clean, with tea and coffee facilities and shortbread biscuits. The views from the room windows as well as from the lounge and the restaurant, are magic. A short walking distance from Kinloch Rannoch, it offers many options for hiking, biking, fishing, etc. Around the loch there is a lot of...

We stayed one night here it's a traditional hotel staff excellent waitress called Sylvia who smiles all the time and seems to do everything. She carries huge amounts of food on trays, serves both bars, rekindles the fire, makes the special coffee and never sits down. Food was excellent room huge clean and comfortable and warm. There were several errors by the central booking office which necessitated us ringing them on a few occasions to correct the booking. They did apologise and give us a complimentary...

The location is lovely and the staff do their best despite bei g understaffed but beyond this the rooms and in particular the bathrooms need attention. Our tv remote was missing and the signal poor, the wifi was non existent bar a little in the downstairs public area, not ideal in 2016

Just home from an overnight stay and would highly recommend. Staff were excellent - from our welcome at reception to the bar staff serving us one last night cap. We ate in the bar lounge and food was fresh tasty and decent value - loved the haggis bonbon starter! Rooms are fine nothing to write home about internally but fine...

Lovely location. Hotel has slightly worn and homely feel about it - dog friendly too. Staff very friendly. Have been several times. Will carry on going. It's worth a trip around the Loch. House of Bruar too.
