The Paza. Sedor is a beautiful county house with a tremendous history. I was impressed with the lady on reception, she was friendly and efficient. Although being a solo walker I soon felt at home with other walkers as we had drinks in the lounge before a very good dinner. Since refurbished it now has an elevator, such a boon...

We stayed at this hotel while on the Camino. It added about 1.5 km (the last 600 m uphill on the driveway to the hotel!) but was worth it. It had a great pool. We also had a lovely dinner with other Camino trail travellers. Our waiter was most helpful but upon check-in we were not too impressed. The man...

After walking 17 miles, with the last 600 meters straight uphill, you come upon this jewel of a manor house. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathroom modern with amenities like soap and shampoo, something you don't find often on the Camino! The inn keepers are charming and most helpful. And the food very good! All in all,...

Wow. This was a great place to stay. The house itself is very old with thick walls and arrow slits. It is just a few hundred meters off of the highway and off of the Camino de Santiago. It is in a beautiful setting about 1/2 way between Melida and Arzua, so it might be good for you hikers.

What a beautiful place to stay during your Camino walk! Although it is not on the Camino it is worth the walk there. The food was excellent! They do have a swimming pool and I used it after the walk and it was wonderful.

This place is superb. Elegant and tasteful conversion of an old manor house. Spacious grounds, extensive views, excellent swimming-pool. Our room, in the attic, was roomy and modern; the rooms on the first floor below are likely to be something special, some at least with fine views. Despite the stylishness, the hospitality is delightfully simple and old-fashioned.

This lovely 17th century manor house was booked for us by the outfitter we used for our Camino de Santiago trip (Fresco Tours). Were we ever happy to arrive at this wonderful place after walking 22 miles along the Camino! It was an unexpected surprise to stay in such a historic place. Although historic, the rooms were large and well...

As was our practice walking the Camino, we tended to make early morning starts to avoid the heat as much as possible. We arrived at Pazo de Sedor early afternoon to find a cleaner the only person around the place. After a one hour wait in the lounge area, a reception staff member finally arrived (she did apologise for being...

It is in fact 1.5 kmts from El Camino with a 600 mts walk up the entrance. It has a beautiful pool with salty water. It was cold but it turned out to be the perfect treatment for our achy legs and feet. The rooms in the top floor are very spacious and in perfect condition. The food choices for...
