In my opinion the most important benefit is that you can reach the hotel by walk and shuttle bus on call (free) to and from airport. Hotel Rooms are nice and clean, staff is even nicer. I got offered for free the breakfast, thanks for that, Breakfast buffet was normal standard. This hotel is good for stopover waiting another flight but also to visit Milan if you want to stay out of the city center, it's easily reachable with the bus from Airport to Duomo. So really a good deal.

Air France shifted our flight from Malpesa to Linate, an airport we had never heard of us before. It resulted in loss of money for another Malpesa hotel because we had booked it prepaid guaranteed. (How many times have you heard of an airline shifting airports on you versus just flight times!) That said, I will try and fly from Linate again so that I can stay at this hotel. Grrrrrrrrrreat service and staff there, and I was surprised by how good the dinner was at their restaurant. Highly recommended and quire reasonably-priced.

Very close to airport, clean and spacious family room. Separate bath and WC. Comfortable bed, clean, though next to airport but quite. Breakfast extra pay but nice. We had a family room. They let us have late check out free of charge. Hotel has shuttle bus to airport free of charge. Fridge, TV, safe and bid wardrobe

We were very pleased with this hotel. Very convenient to the Milan Linate Airport, but in an industrial type area. The free shuttle was very helpful to and from flights and also picking up and dropping off the rental car. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty. They also had a good dinner menu.

Great place to stay if you need to return a rental car, visit Milano (25 min by bus) and fly out. The hotel has shuttles to the airport and back so it is very comfortable. They picked us up after dropping the car, any time we went to Milan and back, we had a ride to the bus and to the flight.

This hotel is much better on the inside than it looks on the outside! The shuttle service was great, and the rooms were clean and modern. The price was reasonable so it was perfect for us to stay before we left early in the morning from Linate. AC was pretty good.

I couldn't find a train or bus to make the almost 2-hour trip to the hotel from Recco on the night of my reservation, and the hotel wouldn't allow me to cancel my reservation. I ended up paying for a room and services that I never got to use. I've had experiences inthe past where I wasn't going to be able to keep a reservation, and didn't have any problems canceling them and not being charged.

Best hotel to stay at for Linate Airport due to the on demand shuttle service that only takes 5 minutes starting at 0500. We left expecting it to be busy at 0530 but were the only ones in the shuttle. Every staff member we met during our stay said hello and were all friendly. The room was nice. A clean heated bathroom. We had a Pizza in our room from the restaurant downstairs which was very tasty. We would definitely stay here again.

When we got to the hotel the greeting was great and the check in really fast. The place was clean and spacious. The room had lots of add ons with coffees , tea etc The reason for the low score is due to the noise The walls are paper thin!! The people either side sounded like they were dying! Coughing all night The people above sounded like they were racing their cases round their room all night There must have been a club or party in the hotel which went on until 4am!!! The noise was awful and barely had any sleep Such a shame The view from the window was jail like I would stay next door if I came again

Very friendly staff and service. Very bright rooms and well designed floors. The only minus is the location. It’s quite locked in within an industrial area you can reach not so good by foot and also taxi drivers sometimes can’t find it that easy.
