Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Due to COVID the restaurant was shut but there was a takeaway service available and for a small fee delivered to the room. The food was of a very high quality and arrived hot. Lovely clean hotel in a good lcoation. We would stay again.

This was a nice, decent hotel, with friendly staff. It is mainly oriented on business clients. As such, it offers a very satisfactory service. I stayed there during corona time, and the staff was very conscious on applying proper hygiene measures.

What a wonderful hotel. You can park here in their own covered parking garage. Friendly welcome in a spacious lobby. Adjacent is the cozy, newly restyled hotel bar and restaurant.
The Deluxe Hotel Room has a comfortable bed, a large walk-in rain shower and a freestanding bath. The Van der Valk bath bomb was a nice detail.

Great hotel & services located at a twenty minute walk from the city center. The rooms are spacious and have an interesting design with the exposed bathroom; staff is also very profesional and offer great service. The only thing that could be improved is the small gym.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, quietly located as we requested. There was a wide choice for breakfast, ranging from corn flakes to fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, different types of bread and fillings (sweet and savory). Dinner was also always prepared with fresh products and neatly served. The staff was super friendly. So we enjoyed a wonderful midweek!

The facilities at the hotel were excellent. Our room was clean and very comfortable room. The staff were friendly and the food fantastic. Veenendal was centrally located for our visit - making it easy to visit places such as Amsterdam; Utrecht; Amersfoort and Arnhem. It was also easy to find, after a long journey. We would certainly recommend staying at this hotel.

Fairly new hotel so nice large rooms and well appointed. Only thing missing for the ladies is a make up mirror above the desk. You now have to stand in front of a large mirror next to the shower but there is no shelf there to put things on, Really like it that the parking is under the hotel, and lots of it, so you never step in a overheated car, or have to scrape car windows. The hotel is very central in the Netherlands so you can get everywhere in about a hour max. We did not use the dinner / breakfast facilities but did have a beer with "bitterballen". Very good. They have a regular pils on tap but also a local beer so you have a good choice.

The hotel room was spacious and clean, also quiet and dark enough at night to sleep in peace. The gym and wellness were also nice and clean. Downside in the room I was: there was a neighbour room smoking that made the whole floor stink, but I am not sure how the hotel can control non-compliant guest with the no-smoking rooms. The staff is efficient and extremely friendly, I would recommend for anyone, for business or leisure!

The hotel is easy to reach, and there is a signpost underneath the hotel. washing is good in summer (no hot car) and good in winter (no scratching windows). Atmosphere is friendly and generally efficient. Costs in the restaurant are reasonable and the service is good. Room are spacious and clean. Room cleaning is not standard and time and frequency. We come here 3 to 4 times a year and we will definitely come back again. People have switched to cardboard cups instead of plastic, but also to a smaller size, which makes brushing teeth no longer so easy.

My partner and I stayed here for two nights in a deluxe room. Upon entering it was immediately noticeable that the room was a bit dirty. The bathroom is open and has a dark floor with old water rings and hair. The sink was also not very clean with mold in the overflow of the sink.
The breakfast was extensive with freshly baked eggs and pancakes, but also a wide choice of cottage cheese and muesli. In short, something for everyone.
The location is excellent, with several restaurants close by. The hotel has plenty of parking.
