I have been there for 3 days and was my second time. I found the same quite and relaxing and confortable place. Good breakfast and very clean rooms and baths. Strongly suggested also because very close to the "traditional electric bus" from Opicina to Oberdan Square in Trieste.

I have drriven down from Hungary in less than 5 hours, and found a lovely cottage, and a very warm hospitality. Nevertheless the weather was not nice (31 mm rain in two days), I enjoyed staying in the villa, and had a cosy breakfast in the morning. Thank you for the hosts, and I warmly advise the place to everyone!

My husband, 12 year old daughter and I stayed at the Villa Albori for several days this summer. It was a wonderful base from which to visit Trieste. We slept well and had a very relaxing experience. The house and garden are beautiful and full of history. Fulvia, our hostess, was extremely helpful and paid great attention to small details.... More

3 words; beautiful, cosy and with an amazing garden. The swimming pool it's the cherry on the cake. The owner is very kind and available to support the costumers that are looking for information for trips in the area.

My parents and I stayed at Villa Albori, a nice bed and breakfast hotel in the hills, close to the city of Triest. In fact, by public transport it only took about 15 minutes to get to the city center. We had a really great stay. The family, living there was friendly and gave us some great advise for places... Very friendly host-nice addition to have a pool- breakfast italian style so rather limited- two single beds instead of 1 big bed, that was a small disappointment- good location altough next to busy road-overall pleasant experience with very helpfull host

Dear Daviine, thks a lot for your kind review, just one explanation for all the people who follow Trip Advisor: we are NOT OUTSIDE Trieste, Opicina is the name of a prestigiuos residential zone of Trieste's Municipality where there are a lot of historical Villas of the Habsburg period. The downtown is far from our villa 4 km and there... More

We stayed 5 days along with our family. Grandparents, my girlfriend, our sons and me. Firstly, when I managed the trip, and I asked the details about apartment, locations more times I got the answer always. It was the first good impression. Secondly, the rooms were cleaned every days, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms are modern. P.s: Trust me!... More

A charming little B&B with a very welcoming atmosphere. The Villa Albori is located in Opicina, close by Trieste in the extreme north-east Italy. The hotel is centrally located in Opicina, which is a small town with several very good restaurants as well as the usual selection of shops, post office etc. There is free on street parking right outside.... A great find, very close to Trieste centre (we hired a car and it was about 10 mins drive, if that). Nice to be in the suburbs. Well appointed, clean room which felt like home. The garden is well cared for and we enjoyed lazing around by the pool during our first morning there. There is an excellent restaurant "trattoria"... More

Looking for the ideal base from which to explore Trieste and its hinterland, we found the Villa Albori in Opicina. Parking is free in Opicina and the bus that takes you down to Trieste stops right in front of the Villa Albori. Fulvia, our lovely hostess, started her b&b three years ago, equipping the villa from 1880 with all modern... More
