This hotel has poor online booking system! Even receptionist cannot check guest's booking in details. I was there upon registration for two (2) guest room (even i was alone due to room availability). The receptionist (an old uncle) said that there was no room available for single or two at that moment and even blamed me not to check by phone with the hotel prior to book! Wtf. He asked me to refund and just let me waiting outside the hotel WITHOUT offering me any other room. I know there was still a room available coz i did check it again on9! What a frustrated experience especially after having a long journey using public transport and garb car.

This is the worst hotel that I had ever stayed. The day check in lady staff at the counter is rude, loud and totally disrespectful. The other staff are lazy, discourtepus and totally not helpful. Inagine a hotel that refuses to clean and make up your room because "it was done yesterday". Avoid this hotel if you can.

This hotel is not the most likely favorite place to be chosen by traveler or tourist, it takes 30-40 minutes from KL central to LRT ampang, but, the hotel did not disappoint us. It was not a new building, just after renovation, and everything is new, clean, and quiet. Close to 24 hour small restourant, giant supermarket at ampang point, walking distance to hab bus and taxi. This hotel does not provide breakfast, but is ok for us. We got a clean towel, a hot shower 24 hours, and a good comfy bed.

注意！！！抵达酒店的时候却被告知客满！！说online预订他们是不会收到通知的！？我们必须自己打电话再通知他们，订房时并没有告知我们啊！我从来没遇过这样的问题！好在隔壁是他们的旧店“wave ampang point hotel"哪里还有房间，可是哪里比较旧，还要爬3层楼梯，新店是有电梯的...我抵达时是半夜12点，如果当下连旧店都没房间，我就必须在半夜去另外找房间了，这个情况让我很生气！
- 隔壁有百货公司，可惜却没有7-11或24的杂货店，发现酒店没有提供洗头水只有肥皂，想买却没办法.
- 没交通的人不建议住这里，没有lrt只有巴士，坐巴士也需要很长时间，离市区也远
