This place was amazing. It's a little way from the beach (walking distance if you're keen), but the views are lovely. The rooms were beautifully appointed, and included a kitchenette, having more than the usual kettle, microwave and toaster. There are really good pool, spa and sauna facilities and an extensive range of services if you want to pamper yourself...

I stayed at Kimi Ora recently for a couple of days and I have to say that I was really impressed. Such a beautiful setting, delicious meals in the restaurant, awesome staff and so much to do from the pool, spa, sauna, massages etc to the great bush walks. I will definitely be back!

Although we are locals from Nelson this was my first visit. We came here after both working hard nonstop for a month and we were desperate for some 'wind down' time. Kimiora delivered total and complete relaxation in large doses and we left feeling terrific. The restaurant is vegetarian and created excellent meals. I recommend the Laksa if you like...

This was a quiet oasis away from the hustle of Kaiteriteri beach in January. We got to have breakfast outside overlooking the bay while enjoying our warm flakey croissants and bircher muesli! There was a good range of breakfast choices and with breakfast included in the room rate - made this good value. We made use of the pool facilities...

Excellent vegetarian menu and view to die for. Decor needs updating but I believe that is about to happen. It is part of a resort complex high above Kaiteriteri which caters for in house guests as well as external diners. The chef, Paul is a very good experienced chef

This place was absolutely amazing. I would recommend getting the Spa Suite. It was HUGE! It was an amazing view and we loved our balcony. The place was super relaxing, we spent most of our time hanging at the resort over the beach. The staff was super sweet.

My husband and I stayed here for three nights early January. We thoroughly enjoyed Kimi Ora due to the relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. We stayed in a studio room which was great. Great indoor and outdoor pool plus indoor and outdoor spa/sauna area. We ate in the restaurant the first night due to not feeling like venturing out after...

Our spa suite was so spacious and comfortable with lovely furniture and fine quality amenities. The deck area was a great place to kick back after a day of hiking Abel Tasman, enjoy a glass of wine and take in the views. Granted, the property is not right on the beach, but the lovely gardens and pools are a great...

My wife and I stayed at Kimi Ora over our honeymoon over xmas. It was a great place to stay - we had a spa suite with a great view over the valley. The room was very comfortable and had plenty of space. Breakfast was very good (and included) and we had xmas dinner in the restaurant and it was...
