Just came back from a short day at the New Forest Lodge and had a really lovely time here. We stayed just for a night while exploring the new forest area and was really impressed with this little hotel. I presume the owner of the place is behind the desk when you check in and he is really lovely and...

Lovely place to lay your head. Was last minute booking and so glad we found it. Well worth money. Breakfast extra but good choice. Warm welcome. Clean. Would definitely stay again. Unfortunately did not get to try Indian restaurant but looked to be a popular venue. Woke up to cows and rabbits. Lovely. Only negative was extremely warm but that...

We stayed at the lodge for one night on our way to Dorset. We were greeted with enthusiasm and shown to our room without any hesitation. The room was extremely comfortable with a fantastic view open to the countryside with cattle outside my bedroom window. A great family run place which I would highly recommend

Stayed here for one night as we were visiting paultons park, it is a great base for there as only 10minutes away. Man on reception was very helpful and friendly telling us about local places to eat. Room was lovely, very spacious double, lovely views into countryside, we took a cot for our son and there was loads of space...

This is my second stay here at the New Forest Lodge. It is in a great location, very clean and accommodating. Views to the countryside are lovely. Room size is great! only thing i could fault it on (small faults) are that the beds are very hard (some may like them like this) but i did not sleep as well...

Perfect location for our trip to Paultons Park (approx 10 mins away). Lovely large room with comfy beds and a spacious bathroom. Friendly staff. There was a kettle so we were able to have a cup of coffee. Breakfast was very good - choice of cereal and/or a cooked breakfast, tea, coffee, juice, yoghurt. I'd thoroughly recommend it and wouldn't...

A lovely, well situated hotel. Very clean, staff extremely pleasant, informative & helpful. Bed anybody would like to sleep in followed by a nice breakfast. Met all of our requirements with additional assistance in the receiving & collection of pre-booked oxygen supply equipment for my husband. Our thanks to all involved.

Nice family-run hotel where we stayed for one night travelling through. Hassle-free reservation via phone. Friendly staff. Room was large, clean and overlooking a huge meadow where rabbits where playing at night and cows grazing in the morning. Unfortunately a little bit noisy as well since it was also on the corner to the main road. Breakfast was surptisingly excellent...

Stayed in twin room on ground floor, very clean, plenty of space, great shower. Lovely fresh cooked breakfast Slight traffic noise but that was expected being close to the busy A36 road and certainly would not deter us from staying again. Excellent location for New Forest.

Alan helped us with our luggage up the stairs without being asked and was helpful with our questions about the area. The room looks out to a pretty meadow with cattle and you can enjoy lovely views of the sunset from here. Windows are double insulated so no noise was heard from the expressway at all. The family room was...
