We've visited Santa Catalina 3 years in a row now and have tried several hotels - this one is our favorite and we won't go anywhere else in the future. The pool and restaurant patios are fantastic - great lighting, amazing view, and plenty of room. What I liked the most is the security as well as the hotel's limitation...

The hotel is located slightly outside of the village, at first I didn't like this but realized it was only a 10 minute walk to town. The hotel itself is very clean and updated throughout. The gentleman who checked us in and out and answered all our questions was very nice and helpful. The room was very large with a...

I stayed some days in Hotel Santa Catalina, and it was a great time! The hotel is in front of the main channel to the wave. The break is perfect! We had some good surf sessions. After Surfing we had everyday a delicious meal for dinner! The rooms are clean and comfortable! We had everything what we needed, Tv, cooler,...

Thank you for your review. This review is somewhat suspicious because this customer stated that we have "no beach access", which is untrue, and indicates that the customer either did not visit our hotel (because if he did he would have clearly seen the beach access on our property), or he somehow miraculously failed to see the beach access directly...

My wife and I stayed here four nights at the end of February. A very good location. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and clean and the atmosphere was relaxed and laid back. The restaurant served us a couple of very good meals and breakfasts and the restaurant/pool area is a nice setup; open and breezy...

My wife and I spent 3 nights (February 3-6) at the Hotel Santa Catalina. Santa Catalina is a very small town--just what we had been looking for--and the hotel offered us everything we could have wanted. It has an excellent restaurant and nice pool both of which overlook a famous surf break. Although not a swimming beach, the view of...

This hotel was great. It is a beautiful location with a pool and deck overlooking the ocean and a rocky beach. The waves out front consistently had surfers out. The rooms were clean, cutely decorated, and had comfortable beds. The location was perfect for us as well - about a 15min walk onto the main strip of Santa Catalina, and...

Great little hotel in a great little "surfing" village! Located near the "downtown" area. Rest and bars very nearby. The hotel has a little bit the set up of an american motel .Very cosy with super management. Very kind and extremely helpful. Ocean front location but not with a beach ..Its a rocky shoreline. Nice restaurant with a very beautiful...

With the new ocean front restaurant / bar / pool over looking the main surf break this hotel has gone to another level. Along with very comfortable rooms and great service the hotel does offer great value for those looking for more than a hostel or B&B.
