I am working as General Manager Technical in a Singapore Shipping company and travel very frequently around the world and always try to stay in 4 or 5-star hotels. Frankly, I have not come across any hotel, anywhere in the world, so perfect in every aspect as I found Radisson Kandla.
Everything in this hotel was so perfect. Admin staff, Front office staff, House housekeeping staff, and Restaurant staff so very kind and helpful. The moment I stepped into this hotel, I felt so comfortable and good.
The cleanliness of the hotel, rooms, and other common areas is to the best possible standards. Rooms are very spacious and well maintained. The food is excellent, wide variety of both Indian and Western dishes extremely tasty.
All the staff of this hotel were extremely polite and ready to give the best care for their customers. Two of the restaurant staff with who I interacted, Mr Gautam and Ms Ananya went out of their way to care for me during my dining, making sure I got to taste everything. This of course does not undermine the care of other restaurant staff, waiters, managers, cooks, etc who also were so very caring, polite, and kind.
Kandla may not be a tourist place as it is a port area. However, any family who wants to just relax out of city life, have a good variety of food, and enjoy the comforts of a great hotel at a reasonable cost, should come and stay at Radisson, Kandla. The families can have a great time in the hotel itself, not required to go out.

Very warm staff and food is top notch and Jain food also well prepared and provided by Chef Ajay and their team including Ananya Chef Hiroz and Chef Azim. The property is a very good option in Kutch. Stayed for 6 nights there. One of best property. It was my second visit.Villas were good and worthy. Rooms were also great. Spacious . With all amenities. Staff was so helpful. Be it cart staff or resturant or room dining. Mr. pritam and Ms. Neha were helping everyone with a smiling face. Mr Tanmay from room dining was also helpful. Few staff from resturant were not good. No smila at all one face. Not even greetings. This i didn't like. A female staff was always shouting or talking loudly. She needs to improve. But 2 persons I mentioned name above were always smiling and helpful. Special thanks to them. Manager also always did out of the way he could. In game zone,half of the machines weren't working. Pool was clean. Reservation team need to work on them. On coordination with front staff. Inspite of booking 1 night in advance I was asked to vacant room or should change room taking room worth RS 14000/-. Bcoj they didn't have any room. Inspite of informing in well advance and confirming room availablity I was told this.

The hotel is situated very near to the airport. It is a 5 star property which is well maintained. The food spread at the Wave restaurant is simply delicious and consist of several cuisines. Choice of any specific dish can be placed on request. The rooms with balcony are stunning. They offer a pool view with a nice lush green garden overlooking your stands. The washrooms are supplied with ample toiletries and nice shower accessories including shower mat and hand towels. There is a electric kettle for your convenience and all time use. The lobby is spacious and you can actually take stroll in the early evening and late night. The hotel is equipped with spa, gym and a bar which are designed very aesthetically and in line with modern look.
