Amazing sea views from room and restaurant. Room clean, and cleaners do an excellent job.Family are very friendly and helpful. Plenty of tavernas to eat at, and food in the hotel is very good. Would stay there again. Very good value for money.

A family run hotel where the customers really do matter.Lovely location at the quieter end of Alykes. Right on the sea front which made dining special because of the views. We were bed and breakfast but had our evening meal here a few times because the food was so good.

We stayed in the Astoria June 2014 and we had a room facing the sea . The view was beautiful . The hotel was very clean . Food was very nice and the owners were very nice and very helpful helping us out with a medical problem which they dealt with very quickly. It's just about 5 minutes walk up...

While on holiday in alykes, we fancied a night in a different hotel. We had eaten here regularly and were made to feel very welcome. Harry the waiter was obliging when our 6 year old was being fussy about her food and knowledgeable about the extensive menu. Maria was lovely and always stopped for a chat. As for the owner...

Lovely, friendly hotel right on the beach. The rooms are spotless with everything you need. We have been staying here for the last 15 years as have a lot of other people! Breakfast is plentiful with lots of different things to choose from. The family that run the hotel are kind, helpful and accommodating.

After making a disastrous booking at nearby apartments, we dropped our bags and walked to find somewhere to eat. The Astoria was the first place we came by. Stopping for lunch and some wine we enquired about the rooms and prices. BINGO! A sea view room, good food, more than delightful staff, I can honestly say that moving to the...

We ended up staying at the Astoria after booking grim accommodation elsewhere. Harry, the waiter is lovely. The food is good quality freshly made and inexpensive. The views over the ocean are beautiful and there is plenty of shade from the midday sun should you want it.

We were nervous of our arrival here having read some of the negative reviews. We came to the conclusion that you would not write a good review if it was not true, but the negative reviews could be written by people who may not have much experience of Greek accommodation. There is nothing wrong with this hotel. It is in...

Although we booked this Hotel in March when we arrived 26th September the Hotel made out they were not expecting us as they were closing 4th October. They did give us a room for 5 nights which had one electrical socket working & a sink that drained all over the floor. We found Maria very unhelpful, we had to find...

. The hotel Astoria is delightfully old fashioned and typically Greek. The family who own it are lovely and always happy to oblige. The room we had was overlooking the sea and the view was stunning. The room itself was clean, with adequate storage space and the addition of a fridge and kettle was a bonus. A lot of people...
