Each of our tropical vacation villas are fully furnished and equipped. Great for Families or Friends traveling together! Each villa contains two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living/dining room, and your own private balconies with hammock to enjoy the tropical breezes. All villas come with fully equipped kitchens; all necessary cookware utensils, dinnerware, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, and blender. The kitchen, dinning area and living room consist of an open floor plan. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has either a queen size bed, two twin beds or a king size bed (see floor plan). All villas are air conditioned.The villas have high vaulted ceilings, which creates a very open and airy atmosphere. All Villas have four private balconies. Those balconies facing the water have a hammock, bistro table and four chairs for outdoor enjoyment. The villas are elevated and surrounded by windows allowing the panoramic vistas of the environment, its spectacular water views and the delightful breezes that become part of the unit.

If you are looking for crowds and plenty of action, Neptune Villas is not the place for you. If you are looking for a peaceful, secluded vacation spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature, this is the perfect place. Our villa was clean and had everything that was needed to cook and clean up after ourselves. Housekeeping service is done on a daily basis and the staff is very personable. Las Barisas, the restaurant on the property is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner for those who prefer not to cook on vacation. The food at the restaurant was excellent and the staff never tried to hurry us out.
Kayaking and paddle boarding was a blast. We had a lot of fun and most days we were the only ones using the kayaks or paddle boards. Sunsets on Sopadilla Beach were spectacular.
Rachel, the owner did everything possible to make sure her guests enjoyed their stay. She also has an amazing staff of people working for her. We will definitely be back.

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. It was more than I expected. Neptune Villas offers everything you need. Las Brisas restaurant is located on property for convenience and beautiful views. Plus sapodilla bay is just a walk away where you will have some of the calmest and clear waters. Villa was clean and the staff restocked our towels and toiletries daily as needed. They provide everything you need if you wanted to cook as well VS eating out. Quiet atmosphere at night and once again, gorgeous views of chalk sound!

Rachel the owner is one of a kind wonderful person. If you get a villa with a chalk sound view you will be amazed every wake up. The Villas are safe, very clean and well appointed. The staff will help you with anything you need. We came here with friends and we shared the 3 bedroom villa #11. Loved it all. Restaurant Las Braisas on site is a big plus for nights we decide to eat out although the kitchen and BBQ at our Villa was where cooked two of the nights. It’s great to have a bar to go to for a night cap just steps away. Kayaks, paddle boards and beach lounges all free and available. The beach on the Chalk Sound is not great for swimming because it’s so shallow but awesome for paddle sports. Sapodilla bay is only 100 steps from the Villa (yes my wife counted ) and It is one of the most beautiful, swimmable and fun beaches I have been to. Hope to come back again.

The Villas were nice we stayed in a two bedroom and it was pretty well maintained with some wear that could be improved. Light bulbs out empty first aid kits. Worst was blood stains on one of the beds. Service was horrible. 30 minutes of running around the resort to find someone to check us in. No reply to requests. No in room information on how to get around or get to the beach. Lots of construction that was not disclosed. Our villa had a big hole and cement and a garden view of the parking lot and dumpster. Construction also next door villa and on our villa on the last morning, hammering and sawing that was loud two days. No restaurants close by except for Las Brisas and food made my family ill. The good... Beautiful views, free use of kayaks. Paid pontoon tour was nice, Sapodilla beach across the street (no chairs available for free} but it was a beautiful beach one we found the correct way in. Small swing set and basketball hoop available. If service improves and construction was done, could be better.

We came to celebrate my wife’s bday weekend. As Floridians who live on the gulf side we are very critical about beaches. We loved the chalk sound area! The water is absolutely beautiful. We stayed 4 days and never had an issue. The restaurant does charge $7.00 for water just be prepared they don’t tell you that when you sit down. The villa was cute ( not the best place we have stayed) but it worked for the short vaca. The best part was the little beach on property and the views. We had no issues the front desk girl was wonderful! She was very attentive and very nice! Our villa was clean, the bed was decent, the ac worked wonderfully. The area is not bad all the resorts are locked down at night. We rented a car explored the whole island and we ended up liking the water on the chalk sound the best. We have been to 10 other countries and this water was beautiful and clear.

Overall, I recommend Neptune Villas. The accommodations are spacious and the bed was really comfortable. We had a beautiful view of Chalk Sound and I loved having coffee on the deck.
A few things to keep in mind: The location is very secluded and a good 20 minute drive from the Grace Bay Area which has all the restaurants, shops and loads of water sports on the extensive beach. On the contrary, Neptune Villas is part of the industrial area. I liked that the property is walking distance to a very pretty, small, quiet beach and a couple of restaurants (one is on-site).
Neptune Villas also offers a really fun pontoon boat ride. I highly recommend this 2-hour tour of Chalk Sound.
Also, check out the Cuban restaurant for excellent Ropa Viejo. It’s called Little Havana.

The 3bedroom/3bath plus loft with twin bed was perfect for our family of 7. We had a private pool and amazing views of Chalk Sound. Rachel, the owner, gave us lots of suggestions for touring the island and she was full of history. The villa a spotless. We cooked breakfast each day and even used the outdoor grill for burgers one afternoon. Since the sargassum and waves were an issue at Grace Bay, we were so glad that we chose this area for our vacation. Taylor Bay and Sapodilla Bay were perfection in comparison. We really enjoyed the loungers on the sound and the paddle boards and kayaks included with our stay. The restaurant was delicious with incredible views.

After having ate several times in the " Las Brisas" restaurant we decided to stay for 3 nights at Neptune Villas and it was the BEST decision!! we loved everything about the place, the views, the private beach where you can grill food, lovely clean spacious and very well equipped villas ,having a restaurant on site and the close proximity to Sappadillo beach.To be able to stroll literally across the street to watch spectacular sunsets every night was fantastic.The staff are all very nice especially Leah in the front office,Someof the staff seem to have a few jobs there and from the Manager they all work extremely hard to ensure you have a great time. I would see the manager before 8 am in the mornings walking around the resort checking up on thngs and then you would see her hostessing in the restaurant a night,what a hardworking lady!! We have planned a trip back with more family next year and I cannot wait

I stayed at Neptune in early November 2021. I have called multiple times to request a refund, to which I am always told it is a hold and it will be refunded. Today I was told the credit card company should remove it. I have filed a dispute with the credit card company. It was a lovely trip and I enjoyed our stay, but I would not recommend based on this and I see others have had same issue.

I had a great time visiting Neptune Villas. The 2 bedroom villa was very spacious, clean & had everything you would need, fully equipped kitchen to make coffee, tea & cook your own food, A spacious balcony with a hammock, lounge chairs & private pool. One bedroom had a king bed & a bathroom the other bedroom had 2 twin beds & a bathroom. The restaurant on site Las Brisas was beautiful, clean & delicious. The owner Rachel is so sweet she spoiled my parents with a wedding anniversary song & cake. She definitely treats her guests like family. The Sepodilla beach across the street was beautiful you can rent chairs & umbrellas. The chalk sound was the most beautiful water I've ever seen. All the staff was friendly & helpful & they have a taxi on site. Highly recommend.

All villas I saw/to my knowledge are single occupancy-so yes to privacy, eating outside. Balconies are separated by room/villa rental naturally. Bolt locks on all doors. Gates securing entrances and only 1 typically open. There is a guard house per say, but no formalized security. Wasn’t needed when we were there. It’s secluded on its own right. Parking infront of villa included. Id ask owners individual villa questions.
There are more places to choose from in the Five Cays Settlement area.
