Detailed Reviews
The hotel costs significantly less that most of the other options in Provo. This is because it is not near the beaches, nor does it provide many of the resort amenities. It is however, a very clean option, located next to the airport. While many travelers use this for the night after or before a flight, we used it as the base of explorations for Turks and Caicos staying close to a week. We had a rental car for the entire period so we cannot comment on the suttle services. We also did not have breakfast at the restaurant next to the hotel (as it was not included in our rate), but had one dinner there.
The area around the hotel is not very touristy, and the security window grills and the two security gates we had to unlock to get to our room door were not reassuring that we were in a safe place. Nevertheless, we did not have any problems, nor did we notice any person out of place.
The rooms were clean and large enough. They came equipped with a fridge (mid size) and a microwave. The tv had hundred of channels (most from US).
The rooms were supposed to be cleaned daily but this turned out to vbe very inconsistent. In the first day, when we returned at 5:30 the cleaning had still not occured. From then on, they were done faster but each time something was missing: one day we found six packs of decaf coffee (and no regular), one day, half of the towels were not replaced, and in most days the toiletres were not brought in. Finally, the two tea packets found in the first day were never replaced.
We wish the hotel communicates better. After three days we found out they had special beach towels (never placed in our room). We also spent a lot of time trying to operate the TV only to find out that we needed a second remote control (missing from one of the rooms). The safe also needed a key (another needless walk to the reception). The room phone did not work at all. Finally, we were not happy to discover we were charged $2 per page for printing our boarding passes, covid tests and US return documents. I looked back at the website as well as the reservation, and the in room materials, and nowhere was this disclosed (neither did the front desk person tell us this when we asked for them to be printed). This ended up being a $18 extra fee. When checking out, we were also told that we cannot stay at the pool (since that required an access card), so we spent the last pre-airport hour in T&C just hanging around the entrance. These are all minor but still impact the experience.

This is one of the few budget hotels on the island and you get what you pay for. The room and facilities were clean and functional but the staff were typically unpleasant. We spent a few relaxing days by the pool and were surprised that no other guests used the pool or hot tub. Since the commute to the popular Grace Bay area is expensive via Taxi, we used the complimentary daily shuttle service to and from the Grace Bay. This was an excellent service and highly recommend doing the same. However, we wanted to view other beaches and have more freedom on departure/arrival times so we rented a car from the nearby Hertz location.
Overall, if you want an affordable option for staying in Providenciales, this place will do. All we valued was a clean bed and hotel room each night and they delivered this service, so we were happy.

You will definitely need a rental car if you are going to stay here. Luckily, Hertz is just around the corner and they offer shuttles to and from the airport. This hotel is much too far from any beaches to be able to get by without a car. You will definitely want to spend most of your time at the beach or near Grace Bay. There are a very limited amount of shuttles provided by the hotel. It's worth renting a car to have your own freedom to come and go as you please.
The room was clean when we arrived and comfortable enough. It is the bare minimum (as we were expecting). If you want to save some money, are okay with having a rental car, and are planning to be gone most of the time, this place is just fine.
The showerhead in our room was emitting water at an extremely high pressure. I've never been in a shower that hurt before - and neither had my partner. We ended up taking the shower head off and just dealing with that.
The property offers chair and umbrella rentals for just $10 per day. This was very nice since the beaches in TCI do not offer chairs unless you are staying at their resort.
There is laundry that takes quarters as well as an ice machine. This was nice because we took coolers to the beach every day and had constant access to free ice. There is a mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave in each room. The air conditioning and wifi both work well.
The main pool is very nice and there are plenty of chairs. If you want to spend an evening poolside after your day at the beach or night out to dinner, it's a nice spot.

Hotel's Favourite
This was a stop off of one night as we messed up our air itinerary. The staff was professional and polite. The property was clean and functioning. The food in the property’s restaurant was delicious. I would return here again, a quiet place in a very busy resort area.

+1
This hotel was nothing fancy but clean and quiet. There was a small pool and patio area. It was quite close to the airport but I never heard any noise from planes. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. There was a dorm size fridge & a microwave. Although there wasn't a bar/lounge on site, there's one right next door. It's small and not at all noisy. Most people would love the large pillows but I find that I get a crick in my neck. I used a towel & slept fine. Bed was very comfortable. I marked this as mid-range in price because that's what it would be in the US. However in T&C, this is probably a budget hotel because everything here is so expensive.

During our business trip "The Lodgings" was a recommendation from one of our colleagues that stayed there. The organization paid an early check for 4 rooms in order to do some work related procedures and asked the reception to have them ready by 2:00 pm. When we arrived, not a single room was ready. We also specifically asked for these rooms to be together one close to another, for logistics purposes. These didnt happen either, all rooms were far away form each other. On day that we asked for the shuttle service (which is free and it moves your form the hotel to gracebay, and viceversa) they told us that we will be picked up at 6:30 pm. They didnt show up and they didnt even contacted us to let us know that an emergency happened, and therefore, they wouldnt be able to come and picked us up. Later on, the recepcionist Sasha, accidently charged one of the business partners twice, saying that the credit cards numbers were similar, when that wasnt the case. This was escalated to the hotel manager. The lady was very rude, unpolite and unfriendly. She wasnt approachable at all, and was blaming the bank instead of taking responsibility for her employee. After several minutes discussing about this situation, the manager, without asking us first, decided to cancel all the pending nights, that were already paid, so we can start from zero and this way avoid issues with the hold payments. This meant that we had to check in again, pay the security deposit again, and had more money on hold again. Turks and Caicos has a lot of beautiful things, but sadly, our stay there was awful due to all these issues form the hotel. Not recommended at all. There are better places to stay and where they do care about customer service.

The organization paid an early check for 4 rooms in order to do some work related procedures and asked the reception to have them ready by 2:00 pm. When we arrived, not a single room was ready. WE FULLY UNDERSTAND YOUR CONCERN, HOWEVER, CHECKIN. IS AT 3:00 PM. We also specifically asked for these rooms to be together one close to another, for logistics purposes. These didn't happen either, all rooms were far away form each other. WE DO AIM TO SATISFY OUR GUESTS, HOWEVER, DESPITE OUR BEST EFFORT, WE ARE NOT ALWAYS ABLE TO MEET THEIR REQUIREMENTS. HOWEVER, THE UNITS ARE ALL WITHIN SECONDS OF EACH OTHER. On day that we asked for the shuttle service (which is free and it moves your form the hotel to gracebay, and viceversa) they told us that we will be picked up at 6:30 pm. YOU CAME IN FROM 7:00 AM, COMPLAINING THAT YOU WERE CHARGED FOR AN EXTRA NIGHT. WE PRINTED YOUR RECEIPT, WAITED WITH YOU WHILE YOU CALLED YOUR BANK (SEVERAL TIMES). IT WAS AFTER 12:00, THAT THE MANAGER EXPLAINED, THAT SHE HAD OTHER GUESTS TO ASSIST TO COULD NO LONGER SPEND ANYMORE TIME, TRYING TO EXPLAIN THE BREAKDOWN OF THE BILL, AND THAT SHE WOULD RELEASE THE HOLD OF THE OUTSTANDING DAYS, AND ALLOW YOU TO PAY/DAY, IN ORDER TO GIVE YOU A CLEARER UNDERSTANDING OF YOUR BILL. YOU AGREED. I DO APOLOGIZE FOR THE MISUNDERSTANDING. WE ARE A SMAALL HOTEL, WITH A SMALL STAFF.

I did not end up staying here during this stay although I did stay at this hotel before. Let me share my experience.
Upon check-in the receptionist was very unprofessional. The room that I was given was dirty, cramped and outside of a still pool that attracted lots of mosquitoes. During my last stay in Turks and Caicos, I stayed at this same hotel in a very nice room on the second level. I was very impressed with the room so decided to book with the hotel again. So I was very surprised when I was offered this room that looked nothing like the room I was once in so I requested to be put in another room. I explain to the receptionist that I booked with this hotel again with the thought that I would probably get a similar room. He told me that what I booked was a standard room and refused to switch my room. He stated he wouldn’t be able to change my room unless I paid an extra $100.00 per night fee. (According to the site those rooms were 158 per night and I was already paying 142/night) I asked to speak to a manager and he handed me a card and walked away. He told me I shouldn’t waste my time calling because they would tell me the same thing. I took my chance and called anyways. When I reached the manager he was very nice and said he would call the receptionist to see what they can do. The receptionist then offered to change my room but offered me the same standard room on the other side of the hotel. When I saw that it was another room similar to the one he had previously offered me, I called the manager back and asked what he had explained to the receptionist. He said this wasn’t really his department but he was trying to help me out. He suggested I stay in the room and that he would call me later after he had a chance to see what he can do. At that point I realized the manager was not going to help me resolve this issue. So I asked the receptionist to cancel my booking. He did not seem concerned about my decision to leave he just told me I would get charged. I did not stay the night nor did I ever step foot into the room that I was assigned yet the receptionist still charged me for the night. The manager never called back to follow up. I was really disappointed in my overall experience with this hotel.

I booked a refundable rate at this hotel months in advance direct with Best Western.com. I received a formal confirmation that confirmed this, and said nothing about a "non-cancellation" policy. When I had to cancel a full week before the stay due to unforeseeable COVID logistical challenges that arose with omicron, I went to BW.com to cancel, and was informed that the the local hotel was insisting the rate was "non-refundable." I called BW global, who confirmed that the rate should have been refundable, and that there is no cancel policy (or non-cancel policy) attached to my confirmation. They informed me that there is no way to verify what the cancel policy was when I booked the rate, and that cancellation policies are apparently entirely up to the whim of the local property. In other words, once you book a property at a rate and policy shown to you at the time of booking, you as a guest have no way to again confirm that the rate and policy you booked are what you are actually getting. The agents told me they agreed that I should be able to cancel, and even tried calling the local BW property, but the local property refused to cancel. I also called the hotel 4 times beginning a week before my reservation, and they refused to cancel. The hotel manager was also rude and unprofessional. I followed with emails, that were never returned, and the hotel proceeded and charged my card. I will sleep on the street before considering this hotel again.

I am extremely disappointed in the management of this hotel. I had a reservation for 4 rooms for 1 night. Unfortunately there was a blizzard in the Northeastern US, and we were unable to fly out. I called the hotel directly and weas told I needed to speak to the manager who would call me back. When that didn't happen I called Customer Service, they called the hotel, and the hotel was unwilling to refund any part of the cost of 4 rooms! I would definitely look for another place to stay if I visit Turks and Caicos again!

This was the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I was charged for 2 nights and only stayed 1 and now have a dispute on my credit card. The staff were preoccupied with talking to their friends and really seemed disgruntled that I was there. The lady in reception said I did not have a reservation and then after 15 minutes finally said she found it. I asked for help with my bag or a first floor room and she seemed very annoyed. It took 4 calls and 30 to 40 minutes for the driver to pick me up at airport that was 5 minutes away. The room was through 2 security gates (1 was broken) was nicely rennovated but had no window, and the security chain was broken. The restaurant appropriately named "hole in the wal"l was awful. There was 1 couple there when I went and it took 20 minutes to get a menu with no prices on it and labeled Monday (it was Friday) The server said they did not have most items on the menu so I finally said what do you have? At checkout I asked for bag assistance and no one showed up. Very bad experience
