this hotel is located in valby, just about three or four stations from the heart of copenhagen downtown away. It is located in a quite side street with some fast food restaurants around the corner. We were very happy to be received by a very friendly concierge, who went out of his way to explain everything to us and help...

Pros: - good Hotel for its price (considering the Copenhagen average prices); - the staff was always available and pleasant. Cons: - not so close to city centre, as it is advertised (not a 8 minute walk, but about 30-40 minute walk to the Tivoli); - the lift was broken when we stayed there (we had to take our luggage...

Good thinks: The staff is very friendly. The hotel location is close of station ( abt 200 mtrs). Breakfast acceptable. Bad thinks: The conforts is equivalent with 2 stars hotel: Not conair in the rooms, not refrigerators in the rooms. The internet must be paid for wireless conection. For TV you must pay additional, because you have acces for only...

Let's face it, you stay at this hotel to save money. It's a basic hotel with free parking and full breakfast. only real complaint is the traffic with the window open.

The hotel is very far from everything one coul want to see in Copenhagen, breakfast is good, but the staff is not very friendly, in fact they dont mind about you at all. Taking into account that everything in Denmark is very expensive, the hotel is expensive but does not offer much. The surrowndings are very shabby and I would...

The rooms are basic, but clean and friendly. Reception staff very nice and helpful. Good brakfast. Near a large park. Not the most conveniently situated hotel for the centre of Copenhagen.

Don't expect anything that is not basic out of this hotel. It is what you pay for but saying that, it is good for what it is and the price. We did not hear the bowling alley I think because we were there on a Sunday and it was quite. We did face the train station so I can see...

The hotel has a bowling and you can't sleep until the last costumer leaves the bowling. Too much noise! I called the reception to change the room and was told me to pay double! The receptionist told me that they had the right to stay there. No respect for the guests. If you travel all day and want to sleep,...

I went with my friend for a girly weekend break. We got there Thursday afternoon having made our way from the airport on the Trains which was very easy. Valby Station is literally a 5 minute walk and goes straight to central station. We were greeted by the man on reception and he was quite happy for us to pay...

“Dont choose road facing rooms as nightlife crowd noise from bowling arena will disturb your sleep.”

“Overlook the street if you like to watch local life but have earplugs for the night. The other rooms seem to overlook a grey mutli story car park.”

“This is tricky: if you're visiting during a weekend: DO NOT ask for a street-view room as the bowling place in the same building attracts TONS of loud and nosiy and often very drunk people who keep it going below your window until 3-ish. We don't really mind this, but I guess very many guests will find it hard to sleep in that noise. However, the rooms on the back-side of the hotel are directly opposite the railway tracks....hmmm....tough choice for light sleepers!”
