The main purpose is surely the close proximity to the peer but its not as bad as the other comments make it to be. The bath was not perfectly clean but everything else was very clean for a east asian budget standard. I enjoyed my stay there and there are several things to see close nearby as well as shopping areas.

Basic, not bad, but not much. Beds are good, airco + fan, but no sink, no garbage can and dirty shower (bit mud in there).. really not more than 'just ok' for €7. Close to the boats and a warung and mall around the corner
