We booked on the day of arriving and was good. Got put in a more expensive room by mistake as the boy on the front counter spoke limited english. The next day we moved to the room we booked which was basic. The location is poor if you want night life or restaurants but there is a hire car hire place really near, it's also right next to the ferry port which is great. The staff were helpful and friendly. I would recommend

Really clean, super fresh, and the lady at the reception was very helpful, friendly & nice. Good, safe place. On the backside, all internet and cardterminals and so on were apparently not working, no toilet paper from time, some staff speaked no english and were not friendly, I was staying in a Dorm & the beds squeaked soooooo bad, they take extra fees for their holidays and their restaurant were open as they pleased.... So didnt get to many chansesto eat but good when i finally did. And it is a bit away from any good beaches, but all in all it was a really good place, would recommend but i think they have to get a bit more experience

You get a bed to sleep in but the area is not so nice and internet access is really bad. We had pretty high expectations since it's called "inn and spa" and sure, the rooms are clean enough but the standard is pretty low.

We arrived to the Regalia to find it closed at 5pm and noone to be seen. In fact we had to ask a bypasser to ring the number for us as we have an English sim.
The owner was next door and let us in, making us wait while she talked with her friend. She showed us to a nice simple room, and informed us we could change if it got too loud.. Almost like she was warning us.
We can put up with (just about) cockroach remains in the shower, no loo roll and a salon being here so lots of people are in and out.
We can't, however, deal with loud music and a crying baby (inexplicably awake and swapping between bawling, playing with bells and squeaking toys) at 1am in the main hallway.
We asked to be moved, which we were, to a much nicer, much quieter room with a bath, it was lovely. It backed onto an alley though and kids were revving bikes until the early hours.
When we asked to rent a bike in the morning, she agreed to meet us to show us, but when we went downstairs, it was a dead zone again and we had to walk to the jetty to sort it ourselves.
We had to take a ferry as a transit on our journey that we hadn't expected, so we had to leave a day early. Upon asking for a refund on our last night, she flat out refused, with no explanation.
The management is utterly useless, and the noise isn't acceptable. I wouldn't waste your money.

Kindly drop my feedback after I and my friends stay at Regalia Inn & Spa on last week. This is very terrible hotel that I ever stay. Firstly, when we book the hotel few months before the date we travel, they never record it down, promise to give an extra bed with charge RM10 but change to say they never have that service in the hotel. Secondly, they provided the Wifi service with a poor line even cannot connect the line outside the room. Thirdly, the bathroom does not have any curtain to cover and when we on the light, everyone see thru whose bath in the bathroom. The water is very hot until we cannot control the level of hot and cold. Cannot even bath when the level of the hotness is quite high for us. Forthly, the bed was very bad and it will make quite loud of sound when we moving on bed.

The place located at Pekan Kuah, near with Dataran Lang (Big Eagle) and Jetty Terminal. Hotel is very clean. Nice staff and nice owner. Also can rent a motorcycle here, but don't know much it cost. I just hate the steel bed, because it make a bad loud sound if you moving on your bed.
