My 3 yr old girl saw " something" during our first night there. She refused to sleep alone n hugging me tight the whole nite. The next day she told her dad she saw a figure coming out frm the mirror n moved out toward the door. The next night she refused to get into the room n crying. As mother i have to convince her that God is greater than that thing n that nothing can harm her for mama is stronger thn tht thing.

First and foremost it was a rundown hotel managed by unprofessional maybe all the staff including owner or higher level management need to attend basic hotel management course. The housekeeping staff is unfriendly(do not know how to greet guests).Food was very basic for breakfast and the chef who manage the egg corner were rude and do not understand simple English. Bathroom were rusty and not lit brightly.Swimming pool were another shocking experience,it can only cater for about 5 peeps no more. The size were so small for hotel of more than 100 rooms.Parking is limited and very narrow .The only thing good about this hotel is located near Kuah town.I strongly recommend not to booked this hotel if you have a choice, a total rundown and outdated hotel i would say.(not worth the rate paid)

The most welcoming things for this hotel is their front office staff Mona,Zai and wani as well. They really know about the grooming standard. The hotel still need to focus on the room as well, they need to concern about the maintenance issues.

Not recommended! Bathroom – dirty, old. Room – old. Bed – dirty. Service – no comments. Breakfast – tasteless. Beach – not possible to go there. Only night market in Kuah is worth to visit.

I stayed in this hotel with my husband coz we didnt hv any choice as all hotels are fully booked. I got a room with 2 single bed for rm140 a night (govt rate). As we approached the front desk a lady receptionist was not friendly at all. Luckily the other lady receptionist was friendly and helpful. When we enter the room my husband and I was shock. OMG! !! With old mattresses, old bed sheets and the toilet was dirty and in a very poor condition. Water pressure was low from the shower. How could this type of hotel exists in this tourist island? I dont know if other rooms are better but the room we stayed was horrible. I hope I would never have to stay in this hotel ever again.

The whole place is dusty and dirty, curtains are stained, beds ARE filthy (looks they don't even have cleaners to clean the room), room is musky and smelly (hardly any ventilation and I fell sick cos of that), the air-con, and fan were dud (esp air con, might as well not have it at all). The toilet bowl leaking, the breakfast was just BAD. Overall, a terrible experience, even if im on a tight budget, i would NOT stay here!!!!

The hotel was in a great location, with easy access to a lot of activities and places to eat. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is undergoing renovations, but these did not affect our stay. The hotel room was basic, but it met all of our needs. It was exactly as we expected it to be. It was a budget stay. It met all of our needs as a base camp, with a hot shower, a comfy bed and a great location. Some have complained about the hotel - but seem to forget that it costs so little to stay here. It was evident that it is not a luxury resort from the price. It was however, convenient, clean and a friendly hotel.
