I came first time to Langkawi and stayed in Adya hotel Langkawi. This is one the best hotels of the world I've ever seen. Their balcony views, their breakfast and specially their traditional feet massage which gave me peace of mind. A very special thanks to Mr Jamal who sort the issues within no time and help the guests with their quick services. Their all staff members A to Z are so polite and always be ready to help you with their all efforts. Adya hotel has a wide variety in breakfast and have indoor and outdoor sitting facility to have your breakfast. If some comes to Langkawi, i will straightaway recommend Adya hotel Langkawi to enjoy your stay with a peace of mind.

Almost the same concept like HIG hotel Kuah, Adya is a hotel based on Islamic concept. Lavish breakfast. Strategic location too beside a shopping mall and eateries within walking distance. The room is smaller than HIG, at the same price range and the piping/sewage system needs some upgrade, not a good night sleep with noise came out from the water outlet pipe, at least room 6010 has it.
I believe the seaview room would be better than the city view.

Fabulous stay! Great staff, great food. The rooms were spacious, good views and comfortable beds. Overall would highly recommend. The are pool was lovely and so was the women’s only pool. Location is within easy reach of local restaurants and only a few minutes drive from the ferry terminal. Staff were the best we have encountered in a long time.

Adya was one of my favourite hotel in Langkawi and been there for so many times. The staff's attitude will always change especially the receptionist whereby they never seem to follow the hotel's standard. However, during my last stay, i faced few issues with their room's cleanliness and been settled immediately by one of the female Housekeeping supervisor. The only thing which influence my decision to stay there in the future was the unexpected cancellation. When i reach the hotel, my booking was cancelled due to the availability and i understand it well but the way the receptionist handled it was terrible. She checked my reservation and informed me with wrong behavior and even don't say sorry or approach in right way. Please and please train them well in term of guest handling as that will be your hotel's first impression. Thank you and all the best!

This Hotel was very impressive. tthe staff are very friendly and well trained.The corner suite we stayed in had the most delightful views imaginable. the Buffet breakfast was very good and the attention by the staff attending the tables outstanding.. The evening meal special was " Steamboat " served at the table by a very well trained host..

The service and attention given by very well trained and friendly staff was exceptional. The Dinning room was way above average and the breakfast buffet catered for all tastes. Dinner was a Steamboat specialty and prepared on the table by a well trained staff member.

The hotel is located about 30-mins away from the airport. The lobby is spacious with a high ceiling and window, natural light was at ease. The check-in was smooth.
The room was spacious with a balcony. I don't really like the design of the bathroom, somehow if you were not careful, you may easily trip. The carpet has a lot of stains and is dusty. Do request a slipper when you check in. They use a carpet that is more suitable for a function room rather than a room. Oh, and the wall is quite thin, you may hear people walking, talking and dragging their luggage outside your door.
Breakfast was average, more likely to cater to the Malaysian taste.
Convenient stores, a mall with duty-free shops, seafood restaurants and fast food are all within walking distance.

We travelled in the last week of Decemeber 2023, Our stay at Adya hotel was nothing short of Good and full of positive vibe, The Hotel staff was welcoming,Upon check inn we were immediately assigned a room but after few minutes we checked the Room air condition was not working they send a technical staff and upon no solution they changed our room to another room and also provided baby cot.
The location of the hotel is in Kuah with big parking space, Unlike Cenang which is always full of tourist, this hotel is around 25minutes away from the Airport, Nice place if you want surrounding to be quite and calm and need time of relax with family, and yes good thing No Alcohol allowed in the room as it was an Islamic hotel.
The hotel is opposite to KFC, Pizza hut (5 min walk ) and Hadramawt Syrian Restaurant. The hotel is 5min walk away from Grocery store Langkawi Parade mall from where you can buy Chocolates and gift items, and Tea live if you are a booba tea fan,
The Hotel have a small and decent gym, Prayer room separate for Male and Females. A nice Swimming pool and my family really enjoyed it. The wifi is working fine, Nice Balcony and view from the room of Maha Tower.
The Night manager with glasses was a gentleman Mr Fahim ( sorry if i forgot the name ) was very helpful and helped me find the parking as due to holidays the Parking space was full. Thanks to him.
If i ever visit Langkawi again, This is the property i will choose again, and can recommend anyone, I hope they maintain their standard and do little improvement as the hotel is getting a little old as well with time. Regards

I recently stayed at this hotel. It looks ok from outside but the inside decor does not match if one I would give 4 star. It is very dated needs a lot of tlc and updating. The walls have damp and the bathrooms need to be a bit more practical. When we arrived we had six staff at reception but they did check us in promptly. The swimming pool’s definitely need doing up and need a good clean as there was a smell in the corner of the pool. Breakfast was another challenge as they cater for Malaysian people and Islamic people but not for international and is very basic. The staff hover round you and take the plates as soon as you finish which makes you feel uncomfortable. The other annoying thing is that the staff don’t talk proper English and is hard to get an answer. The hotel itself is situated in town but there is no local shops or restaurants near by so we had order taxis to pangyhai beach which was more lively and more choice of food and drink and entertainment. If staying as a couple or with a family and you are. It religious then I would Avoid this hotel at any cost.

I booked deluxe seaview room for 3 nights. Comfy bed and pillow. Air conditioner and water heater works well. The hotel provides several amenities such shower foam, shampoo & soap. Quran & sajadah are provided as well. Perhaps the hotel can improves on cleanliness at the shower area specifically on the wall. Just little dark spots which can be clean thoroughly. There’s restaurant in walking distances. Langkawi parade mall just 250m walks from the hotel. If you are too lazy to walk you can just order food from room service. Spa, gym, seperated swimming pools for male & female are there. Overall it’s really convenient and perfect to stay.
