I booked this hotel via booking.com. Located in Pekan Kuah was great. My concern was the room. Although the room was big but it looked old-fashioned and gloomy. The air conditioner function badly. Every 10 minutes it off by itself. Feel the warm in it because the roof is covered with canvas. I think they never sweep the floor and I saw lots of hair on it. The ceiling full of spider web. The bed was dirty, sheet and blanket seemed old. Towel was given upon request or took it at the counter by my own. Moreover, the corridor was not clean enough. Rubbish everywhere. Staff looked so relax. There was not housekeeping to help us to clean the room unless you requested for them to come and clean it for you. I will never stay here again and not recommended.

basicly a budget motel, the room was big but the cleanliness level are very bad. once we entered the room we can feel like sandy dirt on the floor, hair everywhere in the toilet, no towel provided unless you ask for it from the reception. no room service, we have to buy our own toiletries as what they provided not enough for us. the bed are so old fashion, old mattress, strain on the sheets and pillow. the location was good only this hotel need to upgrade their room at least can give a comfortable stay for their guest to sleep.

Located at Kuah Town. Good just for sleep and go do activities. Not for stay at the room because its just a budget room. Just to put your things, luggage, sleep and shower. Its really budget room, so match with the price :)

The location is very near to the Kuah Jetty (ferry). I rent motorcycle at jetty and ride to the hotel around 10min. The room is big and for the rate I paid, I'm satisfied. For budget hotel range, it is really value for money. Room amenities are basic but sufficient, soap and shampoo, towels, wifi, attached toilet and bathroom, hot shower, TV, hangers are provided. Self service ironing facility is also provided at second floor annex building. My room is at ground floor and I can park my rental motorcycle at the corridor beside my door.

You just can walk to the beach (not for bathing), sit and enjoy the view. You can shopping at nearby downtown market, huge at really happening at night with fun fair, go carts, small musical amphitheater. Love it! I sit at the beach in the evening, eating dinner while waiting the sunset...windy some more, lovely!

I surely booked this hotel again, affordable and beach view for rest and relax.

Basic hotel with plactic canopy roof. No sound proof between room. No kettles, no mineral water, no mug. Spring bed was terrible. Area looks like abandon area. Only put suspended ceiling inside room and can hear other room talking through the ceiling.

We booked on Apr 28 till 29th 2017. confirmed for one nite only. Arrived in the evening, to our surprise, the reception counter was closed. waited for more than an hour, still none. called and texted the number advertised many many times but no answer. in the end, we slept in other accommodation. Best thing was, no acknowledgment or reply from the management.

The Good.
1.Room were quite big for a budget motel.
2.Bathroom was a bit spacious and clean with heater and basic toiletries.Towel was given only upon request.
3. Beautiful Seaview with boats (not for bathing though). But need to walk outside to see the view if the rooms you rented is located outside.

The Bad.
1.Staff not very helpful. One of the bed was broken and we requested for room change. The staff declined saying there is no room. After persuading her, she finally gave the keys to the next room. The was no mugs in one of the rooms we rented and the staff said, if there is no mugs, they won't provide any.But how come other rooms have mugs?? They were not polite enough to apologize for the inconveniences.
2.The bed was sandy and not clean and the room lighting was too dim.The bedsheets seems old.Huge gap under the main door.Bugs and insects can easily come through the door.
3.The outside of the rooms was very dirty and no one cleaned the place throughout the 3 days we stayed there.

Never been to such an unclean budget hotel before in my life. Will never go here again for sure.
