Our room and our bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable, the price was reasonable. Excellent position, 5 minutes walk from the beach, here you can rent scooters and also get breakfast for good price. Our stay was very comfortable, we felt secure and the staff here is really very helpful and so kind. Thank you so much for our amazing stay.

we had the aircon room with private bathroom and it was perfectly clean and comfortable with a nice little porch and hammock for chilling outside. the aircon worked great which was a massive relief after a day out in the sun. bathroom was clean and the shower was really powerful and warm. staff are really helpful and can assist with organising tours and further travel. there’s also a cafe on the premises with tasty and decent priced breakfast options. the location is pretty good with the beach 5 mins away, thursday night market 5 mins away and a little mini mart just a minute or two down the road. would definitely recommend for an affordable and comfortable stay in langkawi 🙂

Staff are incredibly helpful and kind. They booked a ticket to Penang for me and one of the guys drove me to the pier against the clock and helped me with everything.
Dorm is ok: for sure it could be better but it's simple and good for low-budget travellers. But I stayed for one night and I didnt want to stay longer. They should put sheets and a pillow case and I was missing a common space too.

I don’t really understand how they can call it vip dormitory. Looks like being in prison. One of the worst places ever even if its cheap. Everything is really dirty and people is non respectful at all. Drinking everywhere and talking so loud at 3am. The girl wasn’t really nice when we arrived. Toilets always wet and dirty. Not breakfast included. Bad english in the bar. The only good thing: is cheap.

Cheif Volvo is the man! Really warm, cool guy, gave us a map of Langkawi and showed us all the best/his favourite spots that we could visit on the scooter that we hired off him for dirt cheap price which was a really nice touch and didn't dissapoint. Even after we told him we'd be moving on and stayin at another place on the other side of the island in a couple to days he still showed us the the stuff!
Rooms really reasonable for what you get. terrace with hammock, private shower/bathroom and fan for the cheap room. We were there just before the end of off season so had to move to the slightly dearer deluxe room which had aircon as it was soooo damn hot. No problem for Cheif Volvo and the team and again, lovely room (with mini fridge) but bed little hard for me -I am a 6ft 14stone guy to be fair so if you're smaller and prefer a very firm bed you might not mind but I didn't sleep all that well.
Location great- 5 minute walk from main beach/market/duty free shopping street etc..but off the beaten track enough to be nice and peaceful.
On site cafe is pretty poor tbh but plenty to eat VERY nearby either near the beach or if you go left there's some great little hidden gems in amongst the fields.
All in all nice budget place to stay with gear amenities, great location if you want to be near pantai chenang but totally elevated by Cheif Volvo and his guys- they really make the place that little bit memorable.

Value for money. Staff are all very friendly. I stayed in the dorm, each bed is in its own separate cubicle, so there’s privacy. Each cubicle had its own separate fan. Walking distance to the beach and shops. I’m on a cycle tour at the moment and I had an injury that I had to rest hence the 6 week stay.
The dormitory was clean and quiet and I got a good night’s sleep every night.

We have just spent 3 nights here and had a very pleasant stay. Good budget rooms with private bathroom. Comfortable bed and a perfect amount of space for 2 people. The room was hot even with the fan but this is Malaysia after all. It wasn’t unbearable.
Great location in Pantai Cenang, walk to Cenang beach in 10 mins along with all the shops, restaurants and bars on the main road. The best way to explore the island is by scooter though, roads are good and you can rent one from this hotel at a good price.
What I would really like to get out there is that the staff at this place are lovely. So welcoming and will do everything they can to help and advise you.
We ate at the restaurant twice too and the food was delicious. They do western food at a very reasonable price.
Overall fantastic budget accommodation with a great feel.

Perfect location in chenang all staff here are so nice an helpfully, this was the first time I have stayed in a dorm great experience the way it's set up its just like having your on private small room definitely recommend staying here! Big thankyou to the staff who made my stay fantastic

we stayed here for a week in February 2018 in room number 01 Rainbow. The people are very friendly ! it is a nice room. the bed i confortable and the bathroom nice and clean. Mr Nandasiri the boss, was very nice with us and gave us oranges because of the Chineese new year. It is not far from the beach, and close to the shops and restaurants. We will definetly go back there ! 5 stars, cheap and clean.
