The staff members really friendly and helpful. The room descent and clean. The family room located on the 1st floor and it bit difficult for my weak mom to climb the stairs. Maybe in future the family room can locate at the ground floor. Overall I'm satisfied with the facilities.

Really recommended bcoz the hotel location not too far from beach, near to laundry, sundry shop, delicious western food n char kueh teow. And the best part is the room was so clean, spacious n worth for money plus their friendly staff always available for u. Will stay there again...

Staff all friendly,you can ask them about place to eat, visit or how to get to interesting places. Room are comfort, huge, clean.There is small fridge in the room. Water pressure in bathroom are very excellence. Bathroom also huge & clean. Water filter machine provided at the Lobby for visitor. You can refill your mineral water here. Wifi available in the room and around hotel. Shaded car park also available can fit for 6 vehicle.

We struggled to find any accommodation in langkawi with good review after searching and searching we settled on this one. The rooms are fine, they’re not going to blow you away but they are clean and comfortable and the bathroom is fine. Not the most modern hotel and a little like a guest house with only a couple of rooms. We chose to stay here rather than on the beach front as we are travelling and it was much cheaper. It’s only a 10 minute walk to the beach and bars and restaurants. It’s not a pretty walk though, the walk is down a dual carriage way on a main road. We have just left the Thai islands and this has to be our least favourite island. Langkawi is not for us, the beach isn’t particularly pretty it’s like your typical European destination, it looks like Benidorm. Although if you are into water sports you will probably like the beach, there’s plenty on offer with loads of jet skis. We are finding the place doesn’t have a lot to offer for us though and we wouldn’t come back. The motel itself is nice enough, although I’m not sure if there’s a cleaning service, it hasn’t been cleaned today but it’s only our first day. The lady on checkin was nice enough but didn’t exactly direct us to our room until I went the wrong way. The remote for the tv and air-con along with the key was just handed to us. There is also no safety deposit box in the room. You can hire bikes from reception which I recommend you do for something to do and explore the island. …

Nice clean motel with basic facilities and reasonably good location. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Good value for money. Recommended. We arrived late at night and the owner waited for us and carried our luggage to upstairs rooms. He was also kind enough to give us a lift to the airport on the way back.
