Me and my girlfriend stayed here 4 nights. The receptionist was kind and helpful, but since the first night we found out that we had a muslim church next to our room and at 4 am they were praying with the big microphone so every night we woke up, which was very annoying. Breakfast was a bit limited being a hotel. There is a small swimming pool which is nice but the floor, tables and chairs around it were not clean. I would not go there again.

Positives:
friendly staff

Negatives:
No sun loungers so don't book this hotel expecting to relax around the pool unless you are happy lying on concrete
The bathrooms are tiny
You need a scooter to get anywhere
The wifi isn't very good
The photos on booking.com etc don't reflect the hotel
Our bin in our room had a lot of mould in it (please look at this: 2211)
Most importantly: please don't book this hotel if you are a light sleeper it's right next to a busy main road and also a mosque where they will sing around 5am for half an hour every morning

Smallest of small rooms. Bed shoved up against the wall. No shower stall, just a heater that sprays over the handbasin. Nowhere to stand for the shower. Space is too small. No hot water. Signs in 3 languages but no English. The hotel is in a Moslem area on a main road. Mosque 50 meters away, call to prayer very loud and repeated from very early morning. Road noise was horrendous overnight. Air Asia had lost our bags and hotel didn't supply soap or toothbrushes. There was a small fridge and kettle in the room, but only 2 inadequate 250ml bottles of water. No shop nearby. Pool was closed for renovations. Breakfast was inedible. Staff don't speak English so extremely difficult to communicate. Only stayed here because it was close to the airport. Big mistake.

Well... let me start off with the positives - there is AirCon.

Ok now for the negatives -

The place is like a 1950’s rundown motel.

The towels had stains on, the bedsheets were covered in hair by the pillows and did not smell fresh. The walls and door are paper thin so if you are staying in one of the outside rooms you can hear cars and the Muslim church speaker throughout the night. There was dirt on the walls and the bathroom I felt cleaner going in than coming out....

Safe to say I’m glad we only booked one night. Get me out of here!!!!

I stayed in Malaysia for 9 days. I langkawi 3 days on this hotel and the experience was more than expected. I have read the review and rating before booking. I thought their service won't be that good. But, they proved me wrong. It was really good hotel.

Liked:
1. Staffs were really nice, friendly and attentive.
2. Food served on breakfast was warm, good, and had variety. They had changed it all 3 days during my stay there.
3. This a lil bit far from markets, attractions. It takes 20 min to reach them all. Area was clam and easy to get an Uber ride.
4. Wifi was always active.
5. It has lift and a nice swimming pool
6. No EXTRA VAT, just 1Myr per night as a tourism fee
7. They will keep some money as deposit but is okay, they return it while check out.

We were supposed to stay here for 3 nights however the morning of our first night I woke up with a puddle in my bed due to a leak from the roof!!

We were moved room to then find that after the rain EVERY insect from the whole island could enter our room from the massive gap below the door. I have been travelling in Asia for over a year and I am aware that bugs are everywhere but this was horrendous. We asked if we could leave early for our money back which was refused. I understand we booked for 3 nights but when TWO of your rooms are not up to standards I think a refund should be allowed! Terrible terrible service would definitely not recommend staying here!!

Visited langkawi for 3 nights 3 days. Our flight was early morning one so wanted a hotel near to airport and booked this one for last night as the reviews were nice. The price shown at the time of booking was 39sgd which was quite decent and got some discount from tripadvisor too... saviour.

Well so heres the brief review:
1. The room ends as soon it starts.. seems like those shady lodges
2. The room wasnt stinking.. plus point lol.
3. We were accompanied with mosquitoes...fed them in night... no coil or mosquitoes repellent.
4. No quilt... they give blanket covered with bed sheets.. bed sheets were clean so somehow managed as we went quite late and had no other option.
5. Toilet... clen though but tiny winy small just like room. Good for quick shower.
6. Bed is small.
7. AC was a bit noisy.

Ohhh enough... somehow managed.

I have stayed in decent hotels in this range but this was pathetic... i dont know about breakfast as we left early.

Overall, I had a good experience staying there. Everyone there is super friendly and polite. The food was good, the amenities are sufficient. Bed and pillows are comfortable.

I only hope that the management can fix the door lock (I already mentioned it to them upon checking out). I find it really troublesome since it took me few minutes to lock and open the door every single time. Hot shower also was not functioning well (not sure if it was only for my room since my other friends did not complaint). My other problem was mosquitoes. I did not get a good sleep for two days because of that (had no idea how they got in).

The location was perfect. It was around 5-9 minutes from Chenang beach and 15 minutes from the town. It is also only 5 mins from the airport. Don't worry about parking space since it's provided.

I would definitely recommend this place to others.
