Cheked in 7/1/16
Checked out 8/1/16
A very new, nice n clean hotel. However encountered a very bad experience:

1)called front desk frm 7-730am but no answer

2)went down to have brekfast but it was not served eventhough it was stated in my voucher. There at reception stood a new inexperience staff

3)later after we had our breakfast outside another staff called n wanted to give a breakfast voucher.
The voucher was not changeable to money.Reason given customers should always ask for breakfast vouchers when chek in. As if we know the rule...

4)we went to the shop next to the hotel designated to have our food packed maybe we would eat it for lunch but what shocked us is we were not allowed to take out the food. How do u expect us to have 2 breakfast in 1 day?

5)i went back to the hotel n explained to the guy that if this was how they treated us we would write bad reports n ratings in trip advisor etc.he was so angry n fierce n tried to chase me out .i replied "kurang ajar" n asked for his name.he objected so i snapped his photo. Will try to include his photo in the photo album here

This was our second trip to Langkawi with a different hotel...as we wanted to stay close to the Pantai Cenang beach. It was an 8 days stay. The first impression of this hotel was very refreshing for me, we were told that the hotel was just an year old. Check in was quick. But be prepared to carry your luggage all by yourself to your room. Staffs are friendly and swift to respond. The hotel was not noisy at all, even though the hotel was full but there was always pin drop silence.
Moving on to the room where we stayed, it was spacious with the street view from our window. We could enjoy the view of mountains through it. The bathroom had amenities which included a soap, shampoo sachet and a shower cap. It was clean enough but I only wish the shower was placed separately as it used to wet the floor after usage.
If you have your rented car there, then it would take around 5 to 10 minutes to the Pantai Cenang beach with which I absolutely felt the most convenient thing to stay in this hotel. Breakfast was included, the restaurant is a min of walk. The breakfast menu was simple Nasi Lamak with tea and other items which were mostly oily, so it was slightly disappointing.
Our overall stay was pleasant, we may consider this hotel again for our next trip to Langkawi.

It's worth the money - RM88.00 per night for deluxe king. Don't bother booking through website, call the hotel directly to get the good rate. The rate difference is huge.

The room is spacious, clean, bed is comfortable. Hotel located nearby to Chenang, but have to drive there - within 5 minutes drive.

They dont have restaurant / breakfast, but in front of the hotel got places to eat. Staff is friendly too.

Free Wifi was fast. Water pressure is slow though.

Overall, it is very convenience, and price is just right for what they provide.

I stayed at the hotel for several days. A very clean room and the staff was very friendly. I enjoyed it very much. Far from the noise of the city, close to the beach. I would definitely recommend.

It was amazing!
I will be back for sure!! 👍 😊😊😊

Booked this hotel for 2 nights with booking.com based on reviews that were good. However, upon checking in it was otherwise. The receptionist was quite impolite when asked some questions about the rooms. She just said I don't know to all my questions.
Then when we entered the rooms there was a horrible stench from the sewer which was an immediate turn off.
They didn't even have a kettle to boil water. Since my grandchild needed his milk we called reception to ask. She simply said we had to collect the kettle ourselves.
The hotel is quite new but the management of it is quite bad.
I immediately called booking.com customer service who kindly arranged for us to check out after one night.
Furthermore there were no places nearby for meals unless you have a car.
We will never stay at this place again.

We arrived to find the location a bit further out than expected and the title "Resort" is a bit misleading. It is a standard hotel recently built and rather lacklustre. However it was clean, spacious and with a good shower. The staff are friendly but speak little English. No catering facilities but across the road and around are food stalls. 25 mins walk to Pantai Cenang which is ok in daylight but dangerous at night due to lack of lighting, sidewalk and poor driving by locals/tourists. Cleaner smoked as he went round leaving our room smelling of cigarettes........

Went to this hotel for a spontaneous 3D2N trip when all the other hotels were fully occupied.
The hotel is quite clean and the receptionists are friendly too. Although the rooms are not sound proof, the place is usually quiet unless someone is making noises. (You can hear your neighbour's giggles and laughters / morning prayers) But if you don't mind it at all, otherwise is good.
They do provide various services like car / bike rental, tour plan etc.
So, if you are looking for a budget stay around cenang, I would recommend this place.

I booked 3 rooms to accommodate my big families. 2 king beds per room. Very big and spacious room for us. Room also clean. Toilet and shower with very good water pressure. Location is near to public attractions area such as Pantai Cenang and Pantai Tengah but not a walking distance. View only paddy field or kampung houses.
