We stayed here whilst visiting the Autumn Steam Gala at NYMR. It's a really cosy traditional country house hotel that is run with enthusiasm. The room, food and service couldn't be faulted. I recommend.

We had two nights at this excellent hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were all charming and very helpfull. The room faced the village church and green (with sheep wandering by). Our bed was very comfortable and we had and very good bathroom and thick towels. All was very clean. Downstairs was a good bar selling fine beer...

Spent 3 nights here and would highly recommend. Really lovely room and great staff. Food was superb, both in the restaurant and the bar. My only criticism, the TV in the bar. Why? Completely out of place and constantly playing very dated music videos .

Unusual to have 2 TV's - one large screen in the seating area and a wall mounted small tv at the foot of the bed. The staff were exceptional in terms of professionalism but also friendly and...

We stayed here for three nights this week and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Reception staff were helpful and gave us all the information we needed. I especially liked that I could have fresh milk for tea in our room. Our room was comfortable and, although not large, had enough room for a small table and two tub chairs as well...
