Four of us booked this for an additional birthday treat and it was a package deal including bed and breakfast, afternoon tea, spa treatment and evening dinner. It all went wonderfully well and we loved it. The food was lovely, the spa treatment really nice and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The building and grounds are peaceful...

My partner and I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights - we regularly stay in hotels and can honestly say that this is the best experience we have had! Our booking was very reasonably priced and we were welcomed with delicious afternoon tea and the most fantastic service from the staff. Our room was clean and spacious, with...

From our very first visit and conversation with the Events Manager we knew we had found a gem. Everyone from the night porter to the gastro pub team contributed to making our wedding weekend a truly special, enjoyable and memorable event for all who attended. The entire planning process went smoothly and was extremely thorough. The Parsonage had comfortable rooms...

We were placed upstairs in the coach house annex, it has a glass roof that traps the heat in and the sky lights do not open. it was a hot day and when we got in the room the temperature was 38 degrees centigrade. there was no fan and no airconditioner. opening the small window made no difference. We found...

Visited Parsonage twice now - the overnight indulgence is fantastic value. Staff couldn't be more friendly and very helpful, nothing is too much for them - congrats on the excellent customer service. Food is more than a 5 star rating, including the afternoon tea and full English breakfast which is included in the package (one 25 minute treatment within Cloisters...

Just back from a long weekend at the Parsonage. Good points: - good quiet location if you want a relaxing break (tip check if there are any events near by as there was something happening near by and the music was impossible to block out, not the hotels fault but a consideration) - amazing spar experience included free - very...

A great hotel, the building looks lovely, the grounds too, most staff very friendly and helpful, food excellent in the restaurant, comfortable large rooms (we stayed in the lodge side) . For the mum,s who could not walk very far, there were plenty of different lounges for them to sit in. For us the swimming pool , jacuzzi, sauna, salt...

We stayed at the Parsonage hotel as a birthday treat and had a fabulous experience. We had a gorgeous 3 course meal in the restaurant, the steak was cooked to my taste. We also had treatments by Jill, Natalie and Emily. They are brilliant at there job and relaxed us.

Stayed in a twin bedroom with a colleague last night. Overall a very comfortable stay. The room is lovely and spacious but could do with a slight modernisation. We enjoyed using the spa facilities which were very clean and tidy. Decided not to eat on site as the prices seemed quite high for the offer on the menu. Breakfast was...
