Nice little place with ample parking, a lock-up for cycles and very friendly hosts. The racecourse is very close which was the location of the bike ride the next day Breakfast was brought forward as it was pointed out, all guests were there for a cycle event as was I. This was extremely helpful as I was planning to have...

Made to feel very welcome. It's got a lovely family feel and we would stay again if we was near. We used it for a stop over for Caldwell Park as it was 15 min away and parking space off the main road.

This B&B is in a large house set in it's own gardens but close to the Market Place in the centre of Market Rasen. John and Jayne the owners were friendly and welcoming and unlike other B&B's I have been in, gave me a front door key and told me to come and go anytime. My room was comfortable, including...

Decor was a little tired and smell of food but comfortable and everything you need. Beautiful large house. Hosts charming and just the right amount of contact. Breakfast beautifully cooked. Saniflow noisy and smelly. Prices seemed to vary. At least one room doesn't have bathroom on suite, make sure you ask. Short walk from town.

Not a fan normally of Guest Houses, however, this was brilliant. Not really a guest house, but a home from home for the weekend. Great hosting, friendly and welcoming from the staff. Breakfast not to much, but not not enough - great size and with local products. John and Jayne didn't make anything seen too much for them here. Great...

Very comfortable place to stay, clean and tidy. My hubby and I had a cosy room on the first floor with a very comfortable bed and hot shower. Breakfast was good and filling with a menu to choose from. John and Jane were very attentive hosts. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again if we are visiting the area.

We have stayed in many Hotels, B & B's and Guest Houses over the years and I am sure most will agree the first and perhaps the only nights stay can be a long one! Strange noises, bed uncomfortable etc. However, the Beechwood is so comfy - the beds are so comfy, the ambience makes you feel so comfy! The...

Have stayed at several guest houses/ hotels in this area over the past few years, Standards vary, but so do prices. After visiting Beechwood I would stay that if everywhere else is full and you are desperate then this is the place for you. Very poor value for money.

The hosts are very friendly and made us feel most welcome, however, the place needs updating and looks very tired even from the outside. We had problems with the shower, either scalding hot or cold! When I tried to wash my hair over the basin the water was cold! The rooms were very basic and needed a 'makeover', the bathroom was...

Stays here to visit the Lincoln Christmas market. The decor was very very tired. We have nail clippings on the floor. The shower was dirty and moldy. The breakfast was average, on menu choice of fruit juices but you just got orange juice already in a glass. The toast was just a standard thin slice.wasnt given the choice of white...
