Went to the Plough with friends. My first visit it was their second. No complaints whatsoever. Attentive and polite staff, well dressed and helpful, The meals were obviously freshly cooked and served piping hot. We went purely for the meal.

This was without doubt one of the most relaxing breaks I have had this year. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are well maintained, light and airy, and the food was wonderful. Very hospitable owners who made our stay very enjoyable indeed. We booked originally into a double room with a 'guest bed' but after one night we were... More

Found the Inn on Trip advisor, the reviews were good so we booked a table for a Sunday at 18.00. This was after visiting Oxnead Hall nearby. When we arrived obviously the Inn was not full as it does not open for food until 18.00. The restaurant is well laid out, seating for 2 at tables was not a problem.... More

Planned to visit a place near this pub/ hotel so booked Sunday lunch as in the area and saw the great reviews. Not disappointed. Warm welcome and all staff welcoming, friendly and helpful. We all had the carvery. I am gluten intolerant and so Yorkshire puddings were cooked for me specially. Everything else on the carvery is GF except the... More

We wanted a place where we could head to the beach for 2 days. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Good food and fitted us in even though we did not arrive till 9pm. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

The Plough Inn is well situated and easy to find. It is about half way between Norwich and Cromer and very close to the Norfolk Broads. There is free parking on site. Our room had everything we needed except a chair and unfortunately due to sciatica I am not always able to sit comfortably on the bed. When I discussed... More

We stayed here as a family party of 5 for a wedding in nearby Aylesham. We could not fault The Plough at all and had a lovely stay. The owners were so welcoming and we felt it was truly a home from home, such a lovely atmosphere. The food was wonderful and the rooms very clean and comfortable. We will... More

We enjoyed a pleasant week at this Country Inn situated in a convenient position for exploring the area. On arrival the parking and general signage depicted a well run establishment. We were expected and registration was friendly and welcoming. Access to our room was via a relatively steep flight of stairs and the room met our expectations, however fronting the... More
