Stayed for 2 nights and had a really good nights sleep both nights. Unfortunately the restaurant was terrible. Extremely long wait for food both at breakfast and dinner e.g. waited 22 minutes for scrambled egg and only 4 other people in the restaurant at the time. And 50 minutes for a burger and fifteen chips! As a business it's very...

Lots of parking, easy to find, great service and very big rooms all of a great standard! Beds are amazing!! Chef & Brewer is brilliant with great food - more expensive than the usual pub food but you get what you pay for!! Wel worth it!

Location close to main roads but makes it a little noisy with the window open. Breakfast in neighboring pub which is very good. WiFi connection easy and adequate. Friendly staff in charge of this typical Premier Inn with its good beds.

What can you say it's a Premier Inn they all look the same from the inside. Greeted by a very friendly receptionist making check in easy and explaining the breakfast times. Rooms are spacious and the beds comfy. Room was also clean and had the usual tea and coffee.

We had a disabled and a family room, both were excellent sized rooms and the staff could not have been more helpful or courteous. The disabled parking was out of use at the time of our visit but the staff took their time to point out where we could park to get my disabled mother as close as possible to...

After a late booking, we had a good stay at the St Neots Premier Inn. Rooms are older than in most Premier Inns, however still have the level of comfort and cleanliness you'd associate with the brand. Maybe could do with some modernisation in places. Yeah Unlike other Premier Inn hotels, breakfast was only served until 9 am on weekdays...

The building is tired, and the rooms and facilities are sub-par. There was no iron or ironing board, no bottled water, no shower gel and the 'twin room' was simply a double and pop up futon - not what you would expect from a £60 room. Being on business, our Saturday evening dinner meant that we didn't return back till...
