We went here for afternoon tea back in June and it was lovely. It was about £20 each which I think is the going rate for these type of things at the moment. There were lots of sandwiches, cake and Tea. We had a look around the grounds also which was very nice. Good Service. Recommended.

When my husband asked the hotel staff to source a bouquet for our visit on my birthday they responded by upgrading us, and generously adding Prosecco on ice, fresh fruit and a box of chocolates. We could not have had better treatment and I heartily recommend this hotel. Moreover, the special offer of £110 for dinner, bed and breakfast for...

We have a wonderful visit to Bagden Hall for a wedding. The main house is very well decorated with stylish dining areas, lounges, and hall with large real fire. We stayed in the Lake side rooms which were a short walk away from the main house (only down side as the weather was bad). Our bedroom was large, spotless with...

My Husband and I held our wedding reception at Bagden Hall in May and both the daytime and evening celebrations were perfect. We met each other while working at the hotel a number of years ago so we were certain it would be the ideal venue for us, and it more than matched our expectations. In the build up to...

What a lovely review ! We are very proud of the service we offer to all our wedding couples. It can be an even greater challenge when hosting a wedding for guests who work in our industry- expectations can be very high indeed . So it is doubly pleasing to read your comments. Good luck to you both for your...

This is the second time we have stayed at Bagden Hall and really enjoyed our stay there. We spent two nights (a treat from our son) and found we had been moved from Lakeside to the main house which was a lovely touch. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The food was great and plentiful Would we stay again?...

We stayed here for two nights on a dinner, bed and breakfast deal and all aspects of the stay were excellent. Check in was warm and welcoming and because the hotel was not full we were allocated a room in the main building. It was a large family room which was very spacious with a good sized en-suite bathroom. The...

We booked our afternoon tea for 3.30, and on arrival our coats were taken and we were shown into a lovely dining room and offered a pre set table by the window overlooking the garden. Menus appeared and we had a good selection of sandwiches. I chose cheese and pickle and ham and tomato, my wife preferred smoked salmon and...

Went for afternoon tea with a friend and was very impressed with the surrounding grounds and with the excellent décor. We were greeted with friendly and helpful staff. The food was well presented and both tasted and looked fresh. There was a great selection of teas, sandwiches and cakes. We picked up a leaflet advertising Christmas Sherry Lunches which we...

Stayed on a winter deal in a group of five ladies of varying ages and it was great. Was only £50 each for dinner bed breakfast and wine. We were well looked after and the food was delicious. But if a pain walking down from the annex but then nice views over the little lake. Would definitely go again on...

i did not actually spend a night at the hotel, although i believe that the golfing facilities are a great thing to have in the local area. It is great just to travel a short journey to pay a very reasonable price for golf during the less wet and windy seasons. A great change from having to choose from travelling...
