This was my second stay at Angmering Manor and to be honest I was dismayed at some of the reviews on trip advisor A Hotel of this size cannot afford to have many staff running around to ensure perfection no matter what . The team have to work really hard to provide a good experience and as always in life things can go wrong. On my last stay the Chef came to work with what I understood to be a broken bone and was in considerable pain. He did so because he cared. From my point of view I love the character of the Hotel. Each room is different.. I love to have a pint in the bar as the staff have real humour and do not behave as robots ! I sleep well in a comfortable bed, enjoy the towel robe provided and tuck into a stonking breakfast with real sausages. To Kayleigh and team well done and thanks 😊

Stayed at the Manor Hotel in Angmering for 3 nights. It was a last minute booking but we were very pleasantly surprised by our room and the customer service. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and we must really highly commend Emma on her efficiency and friendliness. The food was excellent and freshly cooked. We will definitely return.

I’ve never stayed here before, and found the hotel on google. I received a friendly welcome and it was quick to book in. My room was really nice, comfortable bed and nice shower. I had breakfast in the morning and the food was absolutely delicious. Most importantly the staff were friendly and very helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel, and will be back.

We have just returned from a lovely night away to celebrate a birthday, we feel relaxed and refreshed, the staff are so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, great to enjoy the swimming pool and sauna, everywhere was spotlessly clean, the continental breakfast which is included with your stay was lovely, everything was lovely and fresh, we will return, thank you.

Beautiful Hotel AMAZING XMAS DECORATIONS Lovely Rooms Clean Good food Staff - I have never experienced such misersble staff. The 4 staff, manager, middle aged lady, young Lad and older gentleman on the bar who was hard of hearing. I did not see 1 smile no conversation or welcome and staff very abrupt. We got the feeling we were an inconvenience. We highered all hotel rooms for a family party and function room for dinner and disco. The disco was terrible. About 5 songs all evening that u could dance to. It was an 18th party. Our room had a broken spot light fitting above my bed that small pieces of plaster board were falling out on to the bed. The standup fan was broken and would not stand up. The Hotel was so hot that every one was complaining. So many people woke up in the morning with bad dry throats from the excessive heat. The main thing for me was how miserable the staff were. The whole party was shocked at the unpleasantness and sour faces. Every other hotel I have ever been to the stafff have always been friendly. May be they just did not like young people. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel due to the staff experience our party had. If the hotel reads this the please sort out yr staff. Its christmas a happy time of the year. If u were short staffed thats not our fault. If u had a bad day thats not our fault. We paid for an experience and the staff is the most important part of that experience.

Amazing romantic getaway from the hustle and bustle. Emma Kayleigh and the team couldn't of done more for me. They carried luggage manned reception served the drinks replenished the coffee in our rooms brought irons and generally flewnround the building. Obviously rushed off their feet managing the building but never stopped smiling and laughing. Food was delightful both afternoon tea and the duck for dinner for delicious. Rooms perhaps need an upgrade but the friendly helpful team more than made up for it and deserve a payrise! Definitely be back
