My mum and I have just returned from a 2 night spa package stay and had the most relaxing and enjoyable stay we cold hope for. Check in staff were lovely and showed us the building map, explaining exactly where we needed to go for our pre-booked spa treatments and for dinner in the evening. We were lucky enough to...

Tried to enjoy a drink in the sun with the gorgeous view but sadly couldn't as a wedding was taking place! So had to go to the modern bar the other end!! Not happy at all, ridiculous especially when the bar was empty and the wedding guests were inside! Plus why advertise spa weekends when there is no jacuzzi!

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was nicely appointed and clean. It was a brief one night stay and we were pleasantly surprised. There are a few points to note: The double bedroom was very tight with no light switch close to the bed nor were there any bedside tables - which would not have fitted anyway as...

We booked this hotel because we wanted a dog friendly hotel near to Leamington Spa for a night. Having looked at the pictures and description we decided it looked ok so went ahead and booked it, and boy was I glad we did. The room rate was priced at the top end of our budget but the £20 extra for...

Beautiful scenery and good location, with Stratford upon Avon only a 15 minute drive away. The staff were helpful, however the hotel rooms need updating and the hotel pictures are nothing like the room we stayed in. Net curtains were ripped and stained and the room was not immaculately clean. Would not stay again.

Having read some of the previous reviews and my last visit 18 years ago I was unsure what to expect. I was however really pleased with all aspects of my stay. My daughter and I stayed in a lovely clean and comfortable twin room in the hotel which we couldn't fault. The evening meal and breakfast in the Orangery Restaurant...

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff are friendly, and the food in both the bar and restaurant was lovely. The venue is absolutely beautiful, such lovely grounds and gardens to walk around, and sit in enjoying the peacefulness. The only disappointing thing was that the room was warm, we could not open the door due to...
