This was a last minute booking for us, organized over the phone 3 days before we were due to arrive.. We Arrived around 5pm on a Bank Holiday Sunday evening to a very busy bar to check in... When confirming my booking the staff seemed confused I was checking in with 2 adults and 1 child... I advised that during...

Stayed here whilst spending the day at Folkestone. What can I say other than best choice of hotel. Warm welcome, friendly staff. Amazing room. We opted for the superior double room and weren't disappointed. We asked for an upper floor and were pleased that we got a sea view too. Lovely comfortable bed with soft ironed sheets and spotlessly clean...

We stayed here before an early Channel crossing. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was great and breakfast was nice, great that it was free for children and so were soft drinks. A great location next to the beach and free parking. We would use this hotel again.

It was overpriced for what it was and the price didn't include breakfast which is a additional £10 per person per day which you need to book the day before. Lovely big shower pity it took a good 30 minutes for it to heat up to use it. Staff were very friendly and pleasant pity on the day we checked...

Great place to stay if you have an early crossing in morning. We had 2 teenage daughters and for a pleasant change room had 2 x double beds which easily accommodated all 4 of us. Room cost a reasonable £99. Room was a good size with a big bathroom and third room with Fridge/sink. Hotel itself sits above a busy...

Very nice hotel situated near sea front. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food excellent - both breakfast and restaurant. Very well situated either for trip into Folkestone or 20 min drive to Dymchurch beach. Would definitely stay again. Thanks.

On arriving inside the pub reception it appeared dated but once inside our room ( top flight) we were very pleasantly surprised. It was a lovely sized room, with modern decor and the most amazing views from both windows. A huge bathroom too. Very impressed, thank you .......

We had an early Chunnel crossing so decided stay the night before nearby. We are a family of four, children are ten and twelve. We had a family room, double bed and bunk beds. Room was a decent size and was clean and quiet. Only ten mins to the Chunnel. A good place to stay.

I have just stayed at the Royal Norfolk hotel whilst on business in the area. The room was clean and comfy and the bathroom was very big. There is a good size flat screen TVs of the wall with digital free view. The location is great, next to the sea and other pubs and restaurants are within walking distance. There...
