Fantastic experience, we somehow managed to book the wrong room, four poster big bath in front of the fire romantic room, instead of the twin I was expecting, which was a bit embarrassing when I was travelling with my son. The staff understood our situation and arranged an alternative, effectively an upgrade free of charge. The whole experience was excellent...

Lovely welcome from concierge who told us we hadn't needed to park our car he would have done it - don't think we were told this in advance. Very smooth checking in and we could have our room earlier - shown to room and shown where everything was. Spa absolutely lovely but not enough loungers for the amount of people...

We enjoyed the Beauty and the Beast afternoon tea however felt the overall experience could have been improved upon. We felt we were ignored slightly as upon being seated there was a long gap before anyone offered us a drink and we ended up having to approach a member of staff to serve us. It was very creative however the...

I stayed her for a night in the Catherine Suite. We checked in late and were shown to our rooms across the hall from one another. Upon entering the room I noticed a very bad damp smell and said so, however the receptionist seemed to choose not to hear me. When she left I noticed a large damp patch over...
