Loved the tiny village the Inn,and the food. The staff were charming. The bedroom was so small you couldn't swing a cat in it,but our cases fitted in the nice big bathroom. A lot of motorway noise at night which was strange in this peaceful hamlet.

Dear 684bardot Thank you for your review, if you do decide to stay with us then please ask for one of our larger rooms, because I think you stayed in the smallest room we have. Very rare to hear about the motorway noise, because it is a few miles away so it must have been an unusual wind direction. Regards...

Bought for our daughter and husband. They said they had a lovely meal and enjoyed being able to stay in a comfortable room and have a good breakfast before leaving. All the rooms seemed to be individually decorated and to a good standard.

Our first visit, back in late September, was following a recommendation by my Mother, who has enjoyed a couple of visits with friends. Living on the South Coast as we do I booked over the phone and was dealt with efficiency & friendliness. On the day of our first visit we ordered 2 roast lunches & a Fish & Chip...

I had a very lovely room but it was small and a bit cramped - had to keep my suitcase in the bathroom. Lots of thoughtful extras including water & kitkats. Steak at the evening meal was excellent but breakfast slow in the morning

Had a two night stay, meeting friends who live close by. Lots of History in such a charming village. The Old Coach House offers first class accommodation, although the rooms are small, the whole Hotel is well kept, clean and the staff are most attentive.

I stayed here last minute when I had to come off the M1 after not feeling very well. When I arrived, I was very impressed. Lovely location in a sleepy little village and the guy who checked me in was very friendly. The room was tiny, however quite luxurious for a B&B. Lots of supplies (tea, coffee, water) and the...
