Beautiful panoramics, nice location, even if a little too crowded for my taste, good design, prices somewhat above average, opportunities for groups and families (outside playground, tennis field, inside pool, games and bikes for rent, etc).

Grădiştei Gorge Resort located on Rucăr -Bran in Brasov, in a wonderful area. Bran Castle, at 4-5 km from the resort is the main attraction in the area. The hotel complex is divided into two locations: the lower Moeciu and Fundata (it was built recently) the bottom Moeciu hotel consists of two buildings of 4-5 floors and several villas (which... I went there with my husband a few days ago and I am still recovering after the disease I got from there, we believe that the food was not cooked properly or somebody from the kitchen was sick, something happened because we started to feel nausea and experienced diarrhea. The prices for the restaurant are very high and the breakfast... More

I went here 6 years ago and i was amazed by the place. From the restaurant to the accomodation, everything was perfect. Now, i am dissapointed. I've been this weekend to Cheile Gradistei, Moeciu resort and everything looked like in the old times. As you can see from the pictures, the furniture is in a terrific situation, the floor has... We went here for many years and they were ok, but starting with 2014 they became very disrespectful, the food is very expensive, the waiters are not so polite (you wait 20 minutes for the menu, then 20 for the bill etc). the rooms and the halls are not clean , the washbasins are old, the doors do not close... Three words: noise and uncomfortable. We came here in order to escape the busy city and to avoid rude drivers and traffic. But this is exactly what we found here. Unfortunately for us, we forgot to check tripadvisor prior to our visit. The landscape is amazing, the air is fresh, Dracula Castle and Brasov are near but that's all. The... More

We spent only one night in this hotel, usually we have a preferred rental house in the area but was not available for the period. This is a nice hotel, rather comfortable and clean in great location. We didn't like to pay separate for using the pool.

There is a small area on which the surroundings are beautiful and that is actually called cheile gradistei. Unfortunately exact in that area there are no restaurants of any kind. If you keep driving, after one or two km you can find accommodation, restaurants and so on. I do not recommend to go by foot.

One night with Kids at hotel Gradistea. The hotel has indoor swimming pool that we have to pay extra. Also the water was pretty cold. The restaurant was a total disaster. Very expensive and poor quality. They charge us even for the cheese topping on the french fries.
