We had the pleasure of staying at this park over Easter. We found the hosts to be very accommodating and the amenities spotless, and we enjoyed using this park as a base to explore the area. There are a lot of rules plastered around everywhere with a lot of capital letters in bold writing and underlined which makes me wonder...

Thank you for staying and glad to hear you had an enjoyable Easter break with us. Our park is centrally located to many great attractions in the Tamar Valley to interest everyone of all ages. Like majority of other accommodation businesses we do have house rules, as per our commitment to health and safety, which are not put in place...

Unpowered site spacious, well kept, grassed. Old style amenities block small, clean, well equipped, & low demand with so many fully equipped vans & cabins. Lovely area, much history. Great for relaxing break. Much recommended.

There was some confusion about out booking when we arrived and then we were given a site with an on suite. When we got to the site someone else had got it. We were then given a powered site on an area which had been badly flooded earlier but had now dried out. This turned out to be fortuitous because...

Hi John. Lovely review but you did not stay at our park and have got us confused with the other caravan park in Low Head as we have never experienced any bad flooding. Those who have stayed with us and have enjoyed our modern and clean facilities and neat and tidy grounds would definitely not describe our park as a...

We had booked nearly all of our accommodation for our Tassie trip bar a few days. We drove in to George Town and out to Low Head and saw the park on the way back in. Checked availability booked a waterview cottage - it had everything you need. Well appointed, very comfortable with a balcony to sit out on. It...

Great outlook, friendly park targeting golden oldies and single folks. Some swings but basic. Facilities are spotless and roomy. Friendly staff. This park is great for exploring Tamar region. Low head pilot station lighthouse and museum all close by. Wine region within easy reach. Would recommend as great base to explore. Prices very reasonable and no extra needed for showers...

We stayed here 4 nights on a powered site. Very friendly owners, spotless clean and modern amenities, nice view to the Tamar River. There is enough to do in the area to base yourself for a few days. We had a problem with our awning and Paul, the owner, was very helpful. The park is dog friendly and our 2...

We stayed 10 nights on a powered site at this lovely park that had a beautiful view of the water and curious cows out the back. The park is immaculate and you even have your own dump point and garbage bin which is a real luxury. The amenities were spotless and modern and we were allowed to bring our 4...

Thank you for your review. We are a great base for families seeking somewhere central to plenty of nearby attractions and activities. The nightly penguin tour is definitely a "must do" experience as is the 3 local museums as we have a lot of history in the area being one of Tasmania's first settlements.

We stumbled on this lovely park, originally planning on staying 1 night. We ended up staying 8 nights. The park is well maintained, amenities are spotless. The park is in close proximity to Beaconsfield and Platypus and Seahorse worlds as well as only 40 mins from Launceston. Congratulations Paul and Sarah you are doing a great job.
