I don't know why it has taken me so long to fire off this review. I travel to Mexico once a year for my annual surfing vacation. I hopped up and down Baja and the mainland till I landed in Saladita. Since then I have been back 5 times!!! La Chuparosa is everything you want it to be. The pictures...

Thanks Christine! Always a pleasure to have you with us at La Chuparosa! I especially appreciate you being so thoughtful to do this review because I am often not good at requesting reviews from our many return guests. Hope to see you soon! Brad

Brad and Ann, along with Beto and Marilana offer the best surf vacation spot in Mexico. Great hospitality, wonderful accommodations and beautify grounds on a secluded stretch of topical beach. Far from the resort craziness of Ixtapa, with no shopping and few restaurants - this is the perfect spot for those that want to experience Mexico before the tourist invasion...

If you want to relax and be in front of an amazing wave for surfing then La Chuparosa is the place to stay. In a word, the experience is perfect. The property is well designed so that privacy is provided for all 4 buildings. All have great views of the wave at Saladita. The pool is fantastic, the AC nice...

This was our third stay at La Chuparosa. That sentence alone speaks volumes. We've surfed in Costa Rica, Samoa, and other popular spots. Our favorite is the wave at Saladita. It is consistent and although it is getting more and more popular, everyday we caught good waves. La Chuparosa is very comfortable, the staff are amazing, and watching the sunset...

I recently visited La Chuparosa and had a fantastic time. Great Casita ( I stayed in #1) with its own kitchen. If you are looking for a great surf spot, privacy, and a clean beautiful room then this is the place!!!! If you are not a surfer and wish to swim in the ocean and take long walks on the...

Thanks for your review Lorrie! Just want to give some information about the beach conditions you mentioned. The beach changes a lot with the seasons and surf conditions. The biggest waves are usually in the summer months and early fall. If there has been a recent very big swell those waves can pull the sand away making the beach more...

While Lombok, Viet Nam, Panama, and Costa Rica are great for surfing, the flights and car travel are arduous. Living in L.A., we have a less expensive, easier, and better alternative: Playa Saladita, north of Troncones, which is north of Zihuatanejo. There are no hotels or resorts at Playa Saladita, and the only two restaurants are right on the sand....

My wife and just returned from a week at La Chuparosa. It's a beautiful property with a fantastic staff. Beto went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. The room was very clean and well equipped and the pool is awesome. We will be back.

I stayed at LaCuparosa for 10 days and every one of them was magnificent. I'm not a surfer but it didn't matter. I don't drink & that didn't matter either. For me it was a perfect, serene setting with the beautiful sea as the back drop. The entire atmosphere at LaCuparosa says 'unwind & relax'. When not swimming or taking...

I had a such a wonderful summer vacation with family friends staying at La Chuparosa de Saladita! While La Chuparosa is known to draw the surfing crowd it is equally enjoyable for a non surfer such as myself. La Chuparosa is truly a little paradise on the beach- an incredible get away where I was able to unwind and come...
