location is very good, however..... rooms are small, hot water and hair dryers are not working, the hotel itself is very small if you will stay here, dont book on the first floor because its noisy due to bars around, you may choose the second or third floor but dont expect elevators ;-( foods are very pricey....there are other restaurants...

The hotel has renovated most of the rooms, they have better interiors, hence, they incresed their rates on the high-end rooms. They have a good promo on any rooms that you will stay, either you sing your heart out on the ktv for free, for two hours or take a dip on the pool for free also. But during my...

I called for a room reservation 3 days prior check-in date and every day before check-in I get a call from them confirming my arrival. On our arrival, the room given to us had the same floor where the renovation was going on. It was too noisy!!! I asked for a room transfer, if they have a room where I...

Booked a 'Premier Suite' through Agoda as it was at a very good price. However, wasn't aware that the 'Premier Suites' were not only in a wing on their own, room rates could be had by the hour and you had to make your way past the 'working' girls to get to the rooms. However, was given the choice of...

The beds are small you won't be able to move. The breakfast costs 175 pesos and the longganisa in it is so small. The staff are not friendly and are clueless of what they are doing. There are also cockroaches in the room. No, I am not recommending this hotel. Find something better.

Went here for a 5 day vacation. Checked in for the cheapest rate. Small room, bed and tv but enough for someone who just needs a cold room and place to stay for the night. TV has cable and the air condition is old and ugly but does the job. Overall, not a bad place to be honest.

The hotel failed to receive me at the airport, though I made arrangements with them two days prior to my arrival. - Free airport transfer? Thumbs down. The standard room was very small and the shower was very much terrible. No housekeeping/ cleaning made to my room even when I posted the tag at the door. Room and services? -...

Overall, this is a good place to stay, if you're visiting Tuguegarao on a budget. Downside is, there is no breakfast, but you can always ride a tricycle to get to popular fast food chains for a minimum fare-- a Jollibee is also a walking distance if you're willing to stretch your legs. The rooms are not super spacious, but...

I called them a day before my arrival. A certain Brenda told me that a Standard Room for PhP350.00 I asked if I can have it reserved, she said no need. I just have to go there directly instead since she already got my name and contact number. Went to the hotel the following day then the guy at the...

The rooms at this hotel are quite small. The bathroom likewise is small. The beds though are very comfortable and the Air con is very cold! They do provide toothbrush, soap and shampoo though. They use a card key so it is easy to just bring the key with you. The hotel has its own restaurant and there are some...
