It includes one night, breakfast and dinner for 2 and a duo flight over the Heart of Voh (Cœur de Voh) and the Blue Hole (Le Trou Bleu). The place is very relaxing and the staff is very friendly. There is a beautiful garden at the back. The luxury package includes a private spa in a quiet corner of the...

Dear Teknivor, We are very happy to read your post, for many reasons: First of all, we love to welcome foreign tourists in Koné, you have such an incredible energy to come to this north part of New Caledonia after having crossed the Pacific ocean, and, last but not least, after a long road trip from Noumea city! Plus, you...

Kone is a small country town on the west coast of New Caledonia. It was surprising to come across this modern hotel. The room was clean and fresh and overlooked the pool. It also came with a petit dejeuner (breakfast) as a part of the room rate which was unusual for Now Caledonia. There were two minor problems. The room...

Dear Bryan, Thank you for your kind post on Tripadvisor! We have indeed a specific design of our rooms around the pool that make guests closer to the restaurant, which is a social point. Our car park is behind the hotel and could be a little be difficult for a heavy luggage. Do not hesitate next time to ask for...

We were booked into a garden room but were told upon arrival it wasn't possible for us to stay in the room assigned to us as we were travelling with a baby and children are forbidden to stay in garden rooms because, according to the owner, they are not insured in that part of the hotel. This is despite my...

We stayed a total of 3 nights and were initially impressed with the staff's 'can do' attitude. We had booked a package deal that included a three course dinner. We ate the starter, however weren't feeling too good so asked the staff member if it was possible for us to have the main course and dessert the following evening instead....

Dear Sharoninthesun, You stayed a first night at our hotel and were very enthusiastic about us. As a result, you came back a few days after, for a package that was " one night with dinners and breakfast", and the second night, because you asked to stay one day more (so a total of 3 days), we proposed you a...

The food is fantastic, great selection for dinner and 1st class, likewise for breakfast, cold meats bread etc... Front reception Lady is new but lovely, the lady that sets up the breakfast in the morning is also great and both are very helpful. The room is overpriced, same price as the Le Meridien (go figure). Small and ok, is all...

We stayed in a pool view room which was quite small however it had everything we needed. We were in the furthest room from the pool towards the garden with a water feature outside our room which was very relaxing. The garden is lovely. The real draw card of this place is the restaurant. The food is fantastic and the...

There is a substantial gap in quality between the hotel and the restaurant in the same premises. The restaurant is excellent and fancy but the hotel rooms are, again, an old place that was quickly upgraded with such items as a flat screen tv and decent sheets. But apart from that, these are quite basic rooms. Fridge was noisy and...

Stayed here for two nights during a recent business trip to New Caledonia. The hotel is right on the main highway into town but my garden view room was very private and quiet however I should image the poolside rooms would be susceptible to noise from both the road and restaurant and bar at night. Whilst the room is small...

Enjoyed our stay at the Balinese-style hotel. Good pool and dining room, very helpful and pleasant staff. The small garden is a delight. We stayed in a really pleasant poolside room with good aircon, a fridge would have been a great asset for the water bottles. We plan to return to enjoy the ambience at our leisure. thank you everyone,...
