Only issue we had here was with the bed. It was a style with the thinner / flexible slats and when we first went into the room my partner sat on the edge of the bed and a number of the slats popped out, this also happened once during the night. As such, I wouldn't necessarily recommend this hotel for larger guests.
If you're staying here, make sure you visit Susi GastroTapas Beach House just around the corner on the beachfront for a drink and/or some tapas - highly recommended!
First the positives: The Hotel is literally bang on the beach, we had underground secure parking included in our rate, the room was huge and the air con worked beautifully. It was clean (dusted etc.).
However, the photos shown relate to another Hotel which I suspect must be a sister Hotel. For instance, it advertises a bar but there isn't one (but there are bars within a 1 minute walk out of the Hotel). The room was dated, curtains half off the rail, mould on one of them, toilet seat was badly fitted and loose, bed was ridiculously uncomfortable (the mattress was like a travel bed and just caved in when you lay down), the reception was pretty much un-manned so if you want to get your car out you had to grab the remote from the desk at reception, get your car out, then block the road and annoy all the people behind you while you run back to reception to leave the remote - to be fair we only stayed one night so we only had to do this on checkout.
To summarise, if you just want to have one night and a place to crash after visiting the numerous bars and restaurants then it's a perfect low budget option. But with a little bit of TLC from the Hotel Owners would go a long way to make this place great!
Right on beach front.
Rooms basic but very clean and great beds
Stayed 2 nights and our room was cleaned and beds made on the 1st day
Hotel very clean
Owner/manager very nice and friendly
Car park an added bonus
As others have said, there's no bar or restaurant, but with so many cafes close by, it's really not a problem. I was a little worried to read in another review that the rooms didn't have hairdriers, but I asked at reception and they were happy to bring one up for me to use. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be larger bath towels.
We had a lovely 2-night stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. Excellent value for money.
Negative points: breakfast no in the hotel, you have to go to a bar near to the hotel, but in this case the level is really low. The receptionist gave us come voucher for this bar, but we prefered other solutions
Other negative point, the wifi. Actually in 3 days it has never worked. We were told they were installed the optical fibre. Maybe..
