We've stayed here several times and always been well looked after. It's recently been refurbished & looks very nice. Lovely breakfast a good place to stay if you're in the area Also a good place to eat.

What a find! New owners since early December. Lovely staff couldn't do enough for us. Food, oh my delicious, hubby had the fish & chips I had the Frittata scrummy. Not too expensive and we will definitely drive the 20 miles to visit again 👍🏻

We had xmas day here, there were 7 of us in total and we ordered 3 courses each from the xmas day menu. There was a good choice on the menu and I thought the price very fair given it was xmas day (£65 for three course + drinks). The food was to die for, the ham hock & scallop...

I had booked an evening meal at The Ship Inn, after recommendations from a couple of neighbours. My husband and I, had previously visited the Ship for a drink a few years ago after just moving to Tenbury Wells. It was New Years Eve, and we then found the atmosphere to be lack-lustre, and the service poor, but it was...

We booked a table at the Ship Inn for a quiet double celebration. We booked here because we know this restaurant, have been several times previously and found the food to be fabulous, well prepared and presented, and honest generous portions of piping hot food. Again we were not disappointed, the food was stunning. Thank you very much. We will...

Very good food. Room and ensuite not huge but comfortable and a good standard at a sensible price. Good beer and local cider. Staff and owner very attentive at all times including breakfast. The manager, Jane, and bar colleague couldn't have tried harder to make us feel welcome. Parking behind hotel was tricky to find but was a good initiative...

Hi, thank you very much for your nice review, and I am glad you enjoyed our fish and chips. We are always experimenting trying to get the crispiest batter, and your comments confirm we are on the right track. Many thanks for them, and taking the time to review us.

We went for a short break of one night. The reviews we had seen were mixed but we thought we would try in anyway. We will not be gong back. On arrival we parked up and took our luggage up to the room. At first glance it seemed OK but it was cold. The person who met us had said...

If you're in the Tenbury area of Worcestershire and want a sandwich, try The Ship. The restaurant has a full menu of excellent food but we usually require just a sandwich. For less than £6, try the beef. It's a generous amount of locally produced beef on fresh granary bed and served with chips with coleslaw and a salad with...
