The service, food and rooms were beyond charming. It was my husband and myself and my daughter and a friend. We went to see the snow monkeys and because we were there on the back of a typhoon, there was a mudslide and train derailment...More

We recently stayed at this ryokan for two nights. We were picked up at the airport as the town has volunteers at the station to help call their hotels for pick up. The views of the mountains from the lobby are fabulous. We had a...More

Hi there. The private onsen was included in our room and we didn't have to pay any extra. We went for a walk around the towns and shibu was only a short walk away - 15-20 minutes to the far end. Hope you have a good time
